The problem is people just can't wait for confirmation on anything.  In the rush to be the first media will take anything out of context, sarcastic, or otherwise as official word.  At this point in the game if it's not verified on StarWars.com it's not true.

I found these about a week ago at 2 different Targets.  I picked up the Villain set.  I like other one but already had 8 figures on order from Amazon.  That freaked out the wife enough alone.  I am sure leaving the droid set behind will come around to bite me later.  At any rate I love the new Snaggletooth.  I was going to keep him in the package and then decided he was funner out of the package.  That was probably a mistake to because I will end up rebuying it to keep packaged down the road.  I was just happy to see something new on the pegs at retail. 

Hell I don't think I have seen anything new since TPM.  Before that I saw an Echo Base Trooper.  So, I think that was remnants of the last "new" wave I have seen other than TPM wave of course.  Anyway, I want a few of the Royal Guards for sure.  I don't really care for the extra comic book accessories but it's nice that Hasbro included it for those of that you that do.  I would not mind TPM wave figures being online exclusives.  Not that I don't want them but they are just going to clog the pegs another 8 months.

It screams Celebration exclusive to me.  What is amazing is they had all this time to get an exclusive for it and could not deliver on one.  It's very strange.  Yeah, there is no way it was going to Brian's Toys.  I would think Entertainment Earth would get it before Brian's Toys would.  Good score for them though. 

I'm hoping for a Gunship myself.  I'm sure it will be $75 this time around though. 

I am one of the goofballs that actually wanted this figure.  I have no doubt they will probably re-release her down the road someday.  However, it won't be on a vinty cardback and will not have the Dooku bust.  So, with all that said I will bite the bullet this time and buy her.  Apparently judging by the crash of Brian's Toys website a bunch of other people want her as well. 

If this is the only way we are going to get these types of niche  figures I am okay with it.  I'd rather have this option than no option at all.  No, she is not the most exciting figure ever.  She's right up there with some others like Willrow Hood and Yarna.  Boring but glad I have them in my collection. 

Hopefully they announce what some of the BADs are going to be.  I am kind of hoping for a new EV-9D9.    She seems like a good canidate for this.  Although I would have rather seen it on a vinty card.
