In portable mode, it looks like the size of an Atari Lynx. Why couldn't they just make a docking station for the 3DS?

Exactly... if it plays the exact same when you have it portable vs. when you have it at your TV, isn't the whole thing a glorified portable device with a docking station?

I stopped watching TWD halfway through S6. Really doesn't interest me that much anymore. It's become a bit repetitive in that Rick and his gang are on the run, they find a safe haven and get captured again by the next group of bad guys. Yes, I know SW is a bit repetitive too, but SW is holy and untouchable  ;D

Looks like you stopped an episode or two away from the most captivating and tense stuff that show has seen in maybe ever.

I guess I'm becoming an old fart, but I don't have any interest in portable gaming... I want powerful, stationary, living-room based systems with solid graphics.  The WiiU was the first console from the big 3 that I've skipped in years, and at a glance this does nothing for me.

JD Sports Forum! / Re: No Pick 'Em this year?

I'm having a hard time figuring out how I'm doing so poorly on pick-em this year.  44 right and 48 wrong.  I'm literally below 50/50.

I can't figure this league out at all this year.

Jyn is a repaint of wave 2 figure (dirty deco). There is a rumor that AT-ACT Driver will be available as a basic carded figure too.

Okay thanks... I mean, I'm going to want that repaint, but it's not as bad as it being a completely unique figure.

This is a very nice option if you don't want to plunk down $300 for the AT-ACT and the pack-in figures.  I also have to wonder if the back panels on this R5 unit will be red or white.

So there's still the issue of that trooper though right?  Is the AT-ACT Jyn a repack of the wave 02 Jyn?

I'm trying to stay away from the spoilers, and I haven't read any of the posts you guys have been making for the last few months, but after watching the second trailer, here's my prediction that may or may not be true and you guys may or may not have already discussed.

Mads Mikkelson's character didn't want to build the Death Star, but went along with it - so he built the thermal exhaust ports into the death star on purpose, hence explaining why it's so simple to destroy it.

I'll check back to see what you guys are saying in late December...

Is that the same exact Cassian Andor that came with the U-Wing?

Yeah, patience is worth a few thousand dollars a year in this hobby.

I forgot to mention that I learned this week that there were two waves of Biff Bang Pow Twilight Zone figures that I didn't know about. I just ordered them all in B&W.  I really like those...

A buddy of mine managed to pick up the Alien, Creature, and Jason for me.  I'm going to have to wait on the Dark Crystal set until they announce what store it will be in.

Lastly, that Golden Girls set is supposedly a shared exclusive with Target, but Target's website is sold out at the moment and they're selling for like $125 on eBay.  I hope that's just people being impatient and they're going to show up in bigger numbers?

I got my MOTU wave 2 last night... love those ones, but way too much money...

Rogue One / Re: Rogue One 3.75" Wave 1

Great post!  I struggle with this too.

I've opened any Rebels/TFA related figures and displayed them, but any Rogue One items that I've snapped up I've simply left packaged in a corner.  I won't open them or really overly inspect them until after the movie is released.  Like you, I don't want to think too hard about the figures and thus the plot of the movie as I would like as much as possible to be surprised by as many story elements as possible.

Smart.  I don't really have the will power or space for that, I wanted to get them opened up and worked into the shelves as quick as possible... Sunday's project was compressing the space all the ROTS figures were taking up to make a new gap between that and ANH.   I've probably got room for 40 or 50 figures at most, so now I'm hoping they don't make quite as many figures for this as they did for TFA.    :-\

The tracking on mine is last noted as being in Jacksonville, which is probably a little worse than Orlando.   The note says:

"Recent weather has caused delivery delays. Recovery efforts are under way to deliver your package as soon as possible. / We’re working to deliver your package as soon as possible."

Delays are fine, but 'recovery efforts' got my attention.

I got an email saying that my Disney delivery will be delayed because of hurricane Matthew. Anyone else get that?
