Is CompUSA going to have it tomorrow or only on Friday morning during all the big sales?

In my other league I need the Pats to get me 3 points for a W, they've actually been disappointing on D this year

Maybe in terms of fantasy football points, but in terms of overall defense they're certainly good enough to stop Tony Gonzales.

The scores from yesterday are up now. I need a decent night from Tony Gonzalez (8.20 points) to beat Zod.  :-\

That's 110 yards and a TD or just two TD's.  Lucky for me the Patriots have a [understatement] decent defense. [/understatement]

Of course, there wouldn't be anything to talk about if I'd just been smart enough to start Michael Pittman.

Anyone know why Yahoo isn't showing current scores?

Usually when I get to work monday morning there is a current score.  Today it's showing all 0.00's.

You're missing the point.  I don't want to moderate the 12 year olds who do the majority of the posting over there.  I passed on applying in the past and it was a mistake to apply this time around.

And since I've told you 5 times now that I didn't give out your name, and you haven't once responded.  I'll say it again.

I didn't give out your name.  I didn't even remember it until all this crap with your picture unfolded.

I'm not into message board drama so I'll leave it at that.  I'm not going to beg to be believed.  But if you're going to pin that one on me, you're looking in the wrong place.

Goodnight.

Being as that was a direct reference to me, I can only say what I already said to you.

A)  Anything I posted here was not an attempt to talk about you behind your back - it was on the internet and in the public domain.   The conversation is here and I assumed rebelscum folks would see it one way or another.  Tons of people who don't post here pop on in and read along.  Simple as that.

B)  I'm glad I wasn't picked to be a mod over there.  Simple as that.

C)  I know you don't believe me, but again, I didn't give out your name.   Someone else gave it out or someone found it in a profile or you told someone you're not recalling or so on and so forth.  Simple as that.

While Owens had a sub-par day, he still hauled in 1 TD...  Got Davis and Driver playing right now (Davis has scored 1 TD so far) - but I don't think they'll score enough to overcome the lead and cushion for whatever Tony Gonzales will score tomorrow night.

And to think, I had Jurevicious (82 yards, 2 TD's) and Pittman (100+ yards, 2 TD's) on my bench this week...  :-\
I probably need 2 or 3 TD's between those two to have a legitimate shot...

Now Artest will have plenty of time to promote his rap album.

Good for him.

Based on looking at the box scores - here's what I counted for my matchup so far...

I've still got 3 big guns left - the Isotopes have 1 very big gun left...  Of course these numbers are just what I counted and might be off somewhat...

The Zods (8-2-0)

  QB P. Manning (Ind - QB) - 15.21
* WR T. Owens (Phi - WR) - 0.00
* WR D. Driver (GB - WR) - 0.00
* RB D. Davis (Hou - RB) - 0.00
  RB J. Bettis (Pit - RB) - 2.64
  TE K. Dilger (TB - TE) - 0.14
  K J. Carney (NO - K) - 7.00
  DEF Tampa Bay (TB - DEF) - 13.00

 Total 38.00

Springfield Isotopes (6-4-0)

  QB J. Plummer (Den - QB) - 8.23
  WR S. Moss (NYJ - WR) - 0.50
  WR Ro. Smith (Den - WR) - 0.52
  RB E. James (Ind - RB) - 10.30
  RB R. Droughns (Den - RB) - 9.32
* TE T. Gonzalez (KC - TE) - 0.00
  K M. Vanderjagt (Ind - K) - 11.00
  DEF Baltimore (Bal - DEF) - 11.00

 Total 50.09

* - player is still playing.

Talk about crying...

Insinuating that because I suggested I'd prefer to have a utility player in the league, I'm a cheater is among the dumbest things of all time.  Just because you feel your team has no depth and couldn't handle it - it never happened, hence no cheating.

It's not like I looked at everyone else's rosters when I supported that idea and thought to myself, I've got the deepest team in the league, maybe I can exploit that and twist it to my advantage.  I just thought it would be more fun to have extra players in and higher scores.

Whatever though dude - I could care less.  I play by the same little electronic rules as everyone else, and I beat your team fair and square - and you're pointing fingers and crying foul.

I'm cool.  I'd like to at least get in a quick statement reflecting that I in no way shape or form cheated at anything.  I offered a fair value trade for a player I've been trying to get for 3 weeks now - knowing that if anyone had a problem with it, it would be vetoed.

I honestly don't mind DBB and LJ as people, but neither one is fit to mod there.  I don't know that anyone can manage that 3-ring fiasco, plus the sideshow too.

That's a more fair assessment.  I don't think anyone around here is honestly disliking people for who they are (except maybe one or two...) but saying that time and time again the wrong people are picked to run the show over there.

Hey, don't blame the prequels on me.
After he made all the money with the whole Star Wars thing, it kind of changed him. When I knew him in college, we were all about making a classic with models and puppets.

Unfortunately, I think all the glue fumes got to him.  ;D

(The joke was that you weren't around anymore to steal ideas from so he had to think of the prequels on his own - which is why they aren't very good)   ;)
