Watto's Junk Yard / 50lbs in 6 weeks. Can I do it? Update!
« on: June 19, 2005, 04:01 PM »
And set a goal for myself on losing 50lbs, in 6 weeks, starting today. The ideal weight loss safley per week is 5lbs, according to my doctors office. Since I want to meet my goal in 6 weeks, I'll have to lose 8.33lbs a week to pull it off. I'm setting myself just off the suggested number of loss, to meet my own goal.

Today I walked 1.33 miles, and plan to finish tonight out at 2.00 even. I purchased a sauna suit, and hung up my punching bag once more, and spent an hour and a half outside tearing it up, My loss so far is 8lbs, or one gallon of water. Very disgusting.

I'm sure some one is interested in what my workouts will consist of, so here is the current edition:

AM Stretch, 2 laps (.5 miles) around my neighborhood. Stretch
Work-Whatever labor and walking/hauling they have me perform
PM Stretch, 6 laps (1.5 miles) and an hour or more on the punching bag. 50 pushups, 20 situps, stretch

My daily meal intake will consist of a very light breakfast chased by a Redbull., lunch of a small salad with some meat, no dressing, and dinner will be eaten before 6, and will be most likley a small portion of skinless chicken. Drinks consist of water, 1 redbull, club soda with fresh lemon, or unsweetened iced tea with lemon.

My starting weight was 275, and now I am at 266. I will most likley plateau at 250, but I'd like to continue to reach my goal. Any advice would be apreciative. I will update here each day with my current stats, and possibly pictures. Before and After of sorts.

Here's to 50lbs in 6 weeks! :)

Star Wars Action Figures / Palpidious and you.
« on: May 12, 2005, 10:06 PM »
I'm trying to make a custom Palpatine in red robes, ala the Number 35 figure, but with the look of his *spoiler* Galactic Empire speach *spoiler* scene. First, which head do you consider best for the job, and second, what can I use to sculpt the hood to his sholders? Also, whats the best way to make a wash to get the wrinkles on his head and hands to stand out?

Also, has anyone made a Palaptine/Sidious custom yet? :)

Thanks.

Today in Wal*Mart (after a good timed Phone Call from a certain P'Dubbs of the Sith) I find out that there are 5 or so clone commanders on the pegs. I cash my Tax return and speed to walmart. (I'm bad, I know.) Anyway, I get there and there are 7 on the pegs, and 10 number 6 clones, 8 pilots, and 1 Pollis Masson or whatever, and that Blue Senator with a stick. I asked some lady how many cases they set out, and she told me just one. Any reports like this? :o

Revenge of the Sith / BARC Bike fits into Clone Gunship?
« on: May 4, 2005, 12:25 PM »
Does the new BARC Speeder Bike lock into the Clone Gunship like the other clone bike does? It's important that I know this, so if I come across both, I can get them, if it does indeed lock in. It wouldn't suprise me if they didn't lock in. ::)

Whats the word?

Watto's Junk Yard / Prison Vs Work
« on: May 3, 2005, 11:17 PM »
Prison vs Work

Just in case you ever get these two environments mixed up, this should make
things a little bit clearer.

IN PRISON..........you spend the majority of your time in an 10X10 cell.
AT WORK............you spend the majority of your time in an 8X8 cubicle.

IN PRISON.........you get three meals a day.
AT WORK...........you get a break for one meal and you have to pay for it.

IN PRISON..........you get time off for good behavior.
AT WORK............you get more work for good behavior.

IN PRISON..........the guard locks and unlocks all the doors for you.
AT WORK............you must often carry a security card and open all the doors for yourself.

IN PRISON..........you can watch TV and play games.
AT WORK...........you could get fired for watching TV and playing games.

IN PRISON.........you get your own toilet.
AT WORK..........you have to share the toilet with some people who pee on the seat.

IN PRISON..........they allow your family and friends to visit.
AT WORK............you aren't even supposed to speak to your family.

IN PRISON.........all expenses are paid by the taxpayers with no work required.
AT WORK............you get to pay all your expenses to go to work, and they deduct taxes from your salary to pay for prisoners.

IN PRISON..........you spend most of your life inside bars wanting to get out.
AT WORK ...........you spend most of your time wanting to get out and go inside bars.

IN PRISON .........you must deal with sadistic wardens.
AT WORK...........they are called managers.

LOL, I got this in an email, and figured you guys would get a kick out of it. :D

Watto's Junk Yard / Ever have one of those weeks...
« on: April 28, 2005, 04:00 PM »
Where everything sucked hard?

Mine just keeps snowballing:

Getting lost and cornered by a bum in indy< Car accident< Finding the car to be totaled< tornado weather in indy< missing the convention< bus ride sucking ass for being late< XM at work being broken, so I work in total silence< finding out that my "date" got changed to a group thing behind my back< knowing that some one who will be there will ask my former "date" out, and she'll say yes.

This **** sucks. SUCKS.

Anyone have a bunch of **** like this happen so fast? >:( :(

I bought somthing from Episode 1, at Celebration 3. It's this little infantry tank that a Blue battle droid rides, and it shoots missles. I need to know what it's called, and a link to the image guide or somthing.

I threw out the box. :-[

Watto's Junk Yard / Revelations
« on: April 13, 2005, 11:57 PM »
Revelations is a new show on NBC, about a Scientist and a Nun who are about to investigate the signs of the end of the world, as they are occouring very rapidly. The Scientists daughter was killed in a Satanic ritual, and the nun lost her sister in a ritual suicide.

I'm curious as to how this will all play out.

Revelation is my favorite book in the Bible, so I want to see how this plays out in tune to the good book.

Any one else catch the season premere?

Watto's Junk Yard / The Contender
« on: April 5, 2005, 10:58 PM »
I absolutley love this show. The storys these guys have and their tallent really get showcased. The fights are always great, and the way they piece them together blow my mind. I was pulling for Baby Face, untill he basicly flipped off the West Sider's wife. This last episode with that family man really tugged at my heart strings because I wanted both fighters to win.

Anyone here watch? :)
