the girl in the blue bikini is an example of a bad plastic boob job, however trish is an example of a well done job. as such if they look good enough to make you not notice that they're fake, then its all good

awww look Durge's trying to be funny, isn't that cute.

well since LJ brought up a WWE diva in her set of female hotties, may I present my fave top 5 WWE divas (current WWE divas only though)

Not into the fake and manly-looking wrestler chicks, but  Stacy Keibler & Maria look pretty good!

Agreed.

i haven't noticed this and a cursory check of my votc cards does not show any creasing. but i am not at all surprised that this happened. hasbro packers in general are not careful with how they pack carded figures into shipping cases. recall to saga 03 when many bubbles were coming up crushed, that was due to poor case packing. i've opened up my fair share of shipping cases over the years, and I cannot recall ever coming across a case with a mint set of carded figures. of course with the VOTC line, you would have thought extra care would have been put into packing the cards into the plastic cases, but obviously hasbro QC was off their game.

I've only read one novel, and that was the Mace Windu story Shatterpoint. It was an intriguing look into Mace's character as well showing how fragile the line between the darkside and the light really is. For a $6 paperback its worth picking up.

wow thanks for the link, the people running that site sure did a throuogh job of listing all the stories in the clone wars saga. i never knew there was that many, lots of reading to be done before Episode 3 comes out.  :D

I want to do this for the savvy collector who wants something different in there collection.

The thing is, a savvy collector will have no need for a "certified" graded loose figure because he/she will be able to determine the grade of the figure on their own. If you take a look at AFA's graded carded figures, most people who buy them aren't actually savvy enough to determine on their own what the condition of a card is and thus want someone else to tell them what the condition is. This isn't savvy, this really winds up being hand-holding for people who want to collect but aren't informed enough to make determinations on their own. So if you're looking for a specific demograph it would be those people, not the long term "savvy" collectors who have been in the hobby for as long as its existed.

Lubov,

You basically use a BUMP in a situation like this, when you have made an edit to your initial post listing your haves/wants and want your thread to be "bumped" to the top of the list in the corresponding forums section with the "new" marker. You have to do the bump, because when editing a post, that edit is only noticed if someone looks in the thread and is not indicated by the "new" marker in the forum section. This allows your thread to be seen by everyone without them having to dig thru countless (and likely outdated) other threads. Hope that helps.

Cheers!

the thing I don't get Matt, which I mentioned in my last post, but probably didn't get notice, is how can anyone believe this kind of stuff is all new to scum? this kind of stuff has been happening for a long long time, yet because some JD members happen to overtly exclaim their distaste for the scum, it must be some damn conspiracy of epic proportions.

it would behoove the people at scum to look into ways to improve their forums, especially coming into the time of Episode 3 when they will surely be getting an influx of new members (good and bad), so the problems they do have disappear and that may lead to less occurrences of the situation(s) that occurred in the last couple of days. if they did that instead of worrying about what is being said at JD, they would surely be better off. then again there's always some idiot out there just waiting to waste away time on spamming and causing ****.

Nuts!!

I pretty much have all of the original sets when the MM's first came out along with the first 3 EU novel books. So nothing to unique there, I think the closest thing I have to unique would be a set of battle damaged starfighters, but I'm guessing that is pushing it. I'll keep an eye out on the web for MM lists to see what if anything I have is of interest, I'm likely to find the coolest thing I have is the Imperial Shuttle MM which I'm not giving up. :) Thanks for the help Matt!
