Well Sp00ky,

Quote
1. - Is it normal for people to contact you and offer to buy the item "Off eBay" - I guess cancel your auction and sell it to them.  This is against the eBay rules right??

Yes, it is normal for other E-bay members to contact you and try and get you to stop a auction.

Quote
2. - Is it also normal for them to berate you when you refuse, stating that you will never be able to sell your item. etc etc etc?

tho, this is not normal... there are alot of people out there that are just bungholes and will do this.

Quote
3. - Will this happen all the time?

Not likly   :P

Quote
4. - What does it mean when the bid count is 3, but it is all by the same person.

It means that the person whom placed a bid was worried about being outbid so they added a higher max bid.

and your welcome Scott,

Johnny

I agree with you on this one Brad this Figure is a disapointment it looks cool in the package, but the articulation with this one is pointless I can only make him a guard.  As far as the other clone Trooper that came with it I like it!  Arc Trooper 5/10   Clone trooper 7/10

Well, I broke down and bought a Xbox it last week so I could play it, its got a great story line and it's alot of fun... Biggest problem with this Game is there are alot of bugs.  Not all are bad bugs but the Carth Bug sucks!  Other than that the Game is great.  I hope the do a follow up to it just without the bugs.

Well, this guy does the Custom Card backs all the time and by the time they go off they fetch a high price all around, I dont know if he shill bids but He keeps the repro Cards up all the time. needless to say he also uses repro weapons in his custom carded Figures.

VINTAGE C9 DOUBLE TELESCOPIC VADER ON 12 B

As far as the Clone troopers go I just think that the bidders are lazy and will pay for someone to do it for them.  I know if I see a super looking custom that I never tried to make, but wished I had I may put a $20 to $30 bid on them,  just to have it,  that is really rare but it could happen if I see something I really like.

I don't know either, I have noticed it in the past as well... I honestly think the seller of the stormtrooper has friends shill bidding for him,  reason I feel this way is because I put two very nice Custom Carded Vintage Figures priced at a real good price.  They didn't get a single bid.

Snowtrooper Clicky

As you can see the Cards are custom designed ... everything else though is Vintage including all accessorys, heh... maybe no one liked them, I don't know but, for someone to get a figure that high on a repro card I would have to say Shill bidding.

Oh and if you guys dont want me linking the two custom carded Figures I had done feel free to remove them I was just showing them as a example.

Eddie Van Halen at #70?  Come on.... :'(
And thinking Steve Vai is better than Chuck Berry...playing fast is not the same as playing good.

Steve Vai could play fast grant you, but he doesn't just play fast stuff... all Im saying is he or many other Artist that deserve to be on the list didnt make the cut.  As in my last post whom do you think taught Kirk Hammett of Metallica  how to Play, Yea, thats Rite Joe Satriani.  He didn't even make the list.  All that list is a Popularity contest,  because it doesn't really reflect talent to me.... but that just my opinion and other may have theirs that is just mine.

Chuck Berry is the ******* father of rock and roll. We wouldn't have alot of todays music if it weren't for him, Led Zeppelin most apparently.

Take a listen to anything by Chuck Berry, prefferably Johnny B. Good or Maybelene  then listen to "Rock N' Roll" by Led Zeppelin. It's an indirect tribute, Led Zeppelin just R n B'ed it up with drums.

Ahh Please, for his time he may have been a great guitar Player but for that matter for his time, so was Tony Iommi but he only hit spot 86. And in my taste they are just mediocre, not saying that they are bad but saying that if they would have a guitar contest one on one with Steve Vai or Joe Satriani I think either of them would probley put him to shame.  But that will never happen seeing CB is dead now.  All I can say is to each his own but there are many more people whom are deserving than some that are listed.

Johnny B good is a good song I like it... If you didn't know my Real name is Johnny,    but 2 or 3 songs hardly puts him in the 6th spot  there are many more people whom deserve to be on the list that was not listed,  And many on the list I dont feel even deserve a honorable mention.
