JD Sports Forum! / Tour de Lance
« on: July 24, 2004, 01:16 PM »
Today the Lance-Man crushed all oponents again one time trial, he even beat time trial specialist Jan Ullrich with more than one minute.

My favorite team is CSC (because it's a danish team with former tour-winner Bjarne Riis as manager). Amazing than CSC had 3 riders (Ivan Basso, Bobby Jullich and Jens Voigt) in top 10 on the time trial, and US Postal had four (Lance, Floyd Landis, Rubiera and José Azavedo).

Vintage Kenner / Re: Imperial Commander variation???
« on: July 18, 2004, 09:15 AM »

I've even spotted the odd 'fat faced' Tri variant figure on US RotJ Kenner cards too! 8)

Me to Billy.

The one i bought as a kid (here in Denmark) was not on a tri-logo card, but a Return of the Jedi card (could have been a Palitoy one), and it was the shorter fat faced version, I allways thought the fat face variation is the common one.

btw: I  still have that very figure and he's still c9.

Thanks for the greeting DSJ and JediMac.

It's true I have been a rare visitor lately. But exept for buying a few variations, my interrest in Star Wars have been a bit low lately.

Allthru I don't post very much here or at RS, I do visit both fora on regular basis, I just don't login but visit as a guest.

sincerely

This is not the only danish forum dealing with Scott and The Ice Cream Maker Guy.

In this thread I have mentioned him. I told the other users to go and vote for a figure of him (Ice-Cream Maker Guy not Scott).

btw: Thank for the greeting Jedimac, and no "His little beam" would be "Hans lille stråle"  ;)

I have returned.

Haven't checked this forum for almost 2 month, and only been on Rebel Scum once or twice a week the past 2 month, and only posted there a couple of times. The reason is actually that I have been busy at work.

But better late than never, here is your translation Scott.

First let me say that the discussin is about the scene with Han Solo and Greedo. In a former reply someone is complaining about a missing picture.

"There is not missing any picture, it's just a different shot where Han Solo says "bet you have", before there was a close-up. It does look a little better than in the 97 edition. They colud have made the laserbeam a little thicker, but there is notnig wrong with the original scene so why mess up with that.
A little off topic, but I never noticed this guy
http://www.geocities.com/ocb75/
But there is a thread on theforce.net about him,,,someone would like a figure of him made!
I have to look out for him when TV2 broadcasts ESB nest saturday.
<Here is a direct link to Ice Cream guy:

Hope this helps.

And concerning Ivar Hansen, no I'm not mourning, actualy I didn't li9ke him very much. He's a liberal, and I'm a social democrat. Concerning the pictures on RS, I did not ask for the moderators or admins to remove them. I guess it was solely Gregg's decition.

Sincerely
-Henrik

btw: jjks "strålen lidt" meens "the beam a little"

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: The Classic Star Wars Test.
« on: March 20, 2004, 02:21 AM »
Strange, every time I take this Sluis-van test, which I do aprox once a year, I end up as Emperor Palpatine.

Just took the test again and ended once again up as:
Classic Trilogy: Emperor Palpatine
New Trilogy: Chanchellor  Palpatine.

whatever happens, i think this is the most successful thread henrik wulff rasmussen ever started.

 :)
Bzzzzzt

Hey Scott, no need to pick anymore on Ivar, let him R.I.P.

Regarding your comments on how people hated "Sonic Death" and cheered when he was banned, don't forget alot of "Rebel Scumbags" were sad to see him go too.

Personally I think it was very harsh to ban him, and close both his accounts "Sonic Death" and "Virex" (well these were the names he used most of the time) . A minor temporary suspension might have been on it's place, cause he DID cross too many peoples lines one time too many, but not enough to get him permanently banned.

But then againg, I'm just a "freeky European who have a man-crush on him, and it is something fierce".  ;)

Fortunately, we never joke about Greg(g), or his member, over here...

Hey, I wasn't joking about  GNT in that thread, I just posted pictures of the two cousins Gregg and Greg.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Can an animated or drawn female be hot?
« on: February 21, 2004, 04:04 AM »
Indeed it's wierd when people get worked up over animated or drawn characters, and I don't think many people do, I just belive the quoted "Rebel Scumbag" chose the wrong words.

Still some of these chick loos hot and you can't deny alor of the fantasy artists are very talented.

-Henrik

btw: JediMac the reason for using the girl with the sword, is that this picture was used in the thread at RS.

Watto's Junk Yard / Everything Rebelscum
« on: February 21, 2004, 03:23 AM »
This thread really deserves a link, this is great humor by Kneel Before Zod.

If anyone reaches it great then I'm proud of you, some achievement. Theres more important things to talk about other then post counts like "Tha Shizzolator" or "American Idol Reject Earns Instant Fame" instead of turning this thread and site into a "mine is bigger then yours" contest between members.
-quote GNT in a Rebel Scum thread.

« on: February 21, 2004, 02:36 AM »
We had this included at a dicussion about SW babes at Scum.

RS member "Geonosian" aka "God of Tacos" said that:
Only geeks get worked up over a comic or video game woman.

Bill Cable replied:
So I suppose you're the one Star Wars collector here who isn't a geek...

Your thought about it.
