I have no problem with them casting a black guy as Johnny Storm.  He was great in Chronicle.  Really good energy.  He fits the character well.

As for him and Sue - maybe step-siblings?  Maybe they're half-brother and sister.  Not really a big deal.

I'm honestly less of a fan of Sue's casting... I've seen her in a number of roles and I've never liked her much.

I'm digging it a lot.  First time through I was thrown for a loop - didn't expect anything so laid back.  But the second viewing really hooked me.

I love how the GUI on the cage obscured Star-Lord's middle finger.  First time through I thought they just blurred it out for the trailer.  "OBSCENE GESTURE: IMMINENT!"  That's comedy gold right there.

The shoe thing, I figured it was from another kid.

So big middle finger to the audience, then.

You don't show a close-up of a kid's shoe, then in the very next scene show the exact same shoe close up on a living kid.  That's just dishonest.

Re:  the bus - who says somebody didn't get out?  There were only like 8 or 10 walkers in there.  The bus was fuller than that when it drove off.  Maybe half a dozen people got out the front before closing the door behind them.

Inconsistent writing.

The shoe was obviously foreshadowing that girl's death.  I mean, blatantly.  Could they have filmed it and decided later that she wasn't going to die?  The only other explanation is that the writers just gave the audience a big old middle finger for no good reason.

Can someone explain why the younger girl's shoe was at the scene of the walker attack when Daryl got there, but she was still wearing them as they walked down the train tracks?

and True Detective (now there's a show that should be talked about more.  The last six minutes of last weeks episode was ******* nuts).

That was one ridiculously intense sequence.  Very gritty.  You could feel it spiral out of control.

I also really liked how even a decade later the two guys matched their stories about the time off to visit his dad.  Even though they don't seem to like each other much they're both loyal (and smart).

Still watching.  Still enjoying.  I like how they're tying in movies.

As for who actually develops Ultron?  I think there are plenty of possibilities out there for how that might develop.

I'm thinking Stark, but not for the reasons that Pym created Ultron.  He's not going to do it with the intent of defeating Ultron to redeem himself with the team, he's going to do it to defend against another alien attack.  And then AI go bad.

I'm thinking instead of Pym creating Ultron who creates Vision, we'll see Stark creating Ultron who then hacks Jarvis to create Vision.

Understandable.  She's not super-hot.  Though she looks damn good in some of those photos.  I think I appreciate her more as she's just a fantastic actress.

Surprised this wasn't posted earlier:

(the voice of) Jarvis is The Vision.
