I'm hoping for a bomb so epic that it changes the way studios think about adapting our childhood properties. Makes me wish Watchmen made more money, because at least he tried to treat the source material with reverence.

It's tough... this season has had some of the most thrilling early shows I've ever watched. Heart-in-your-throat for 30 minutes type stuff. But it seems to have ground to a halt the past few weeks... mostly I think it's Jack being unavailable.
Tony has to be working for somebody other than Starkwood. He wouldn't have blown up the bio-weapons there, effectively neutering them, if he was trying to help them achieve their goals. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being a triple-agent... using the canister to get to the higher-ups of another conspiracy. Killing Moss would be extreme, but he might be willing to take on some collateral damage to take down the bad guys. Moss was badly wounded, after all.

They patched KZ2 to make the controls more responsive. The original was designed not to feel exactly like COD4, but all they got were complaints so they changed it. It is linear, but I haven't gotten lost yet.

It looks like Fallout 3 and Killzone 2 will be on sale later this afternoon. Fallout 3 is fantastic (already beat it and sold it). I just picked up KZ2 last week. I've played it twice, and so far it's lived up to the hype.

It's looking like this reboot might be the thing that raises Trek above Wars in the epic "which series is better" battle. Wars took a drubbing with the Prequels, but it was still better than the sad state of Trek. Lucas is going to have to do some good stuff with his live-action series if he wants to reclaim the crown.

Yeah, it's certainly a great perk. We had problems even booking window places to come give us estimates, they're so busy now. One place the earliest opening was April 21st, and this was when I called two weeks ago. Good things happen with the government lowers taxes.
