That song...  Oh how I hate that song.

If you worked retail ever, you know the song I mean...  It's played constantly, especially in Penneys it seems.

It goes sorta like this:

Happy Holidaaaaaayyysss...
(group) Happy Holidaaaaayyyysss...

Well whoopty doo, and dickery dock
And don't forget
to hang up your sock
cuz just exactly at twelve o'clock

He'll be comin' down the chimney down
(Group) He'll be comin' down the chimney down

It's something like that...  I don't know its name, I don't know who sings it, and I don't ever want to hear it again but I know when I start shopping for the hoidays I'll hear it over and over and over, and I will simply want to vomit after about an hour in the mall.

I actually kinda liked the snoopy song, but only because I liked it as a kid.

I also like "I am Santa Claus" to the tune of Iron Man.  It always makes me feel festive.
Things that stick with you about people...to this day I remember that Jesse hates Andy Williams

I do, however, like Springsteen's version of Santa Claus is Coming to Town

BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT

I hate Springsteen and I hate that song even worse...AGGGGGH Thanks Mikey now it is my head.  They should have Bruuuuuuuuuuuuce and Dylan do a duet and rerelease it...It's Gold Jerry, Gold!
I really have come to despise Springsteens warbly off tune Santa Claus is Coming to Town.   Snoopy/Red Baron song is still the worst

We got the Deluxe Version but it is for my boys for Christmas so I haven't played it yet.  I have seen the regular version at retail but not the Deluxe version...

Based on the LEGO sets, the Wargs are in the first movie...so not sure if they are going to end in a cliffhanger or have the Eagles rescue them

The other thing I was going to say on going chronologically is that they could then do a volume 3 and 4 down the road instead of doing everything again 13 years from now (when I'll be in my 50s  :'()

I got my copy too.  One thing that really popped out at me...they really struggle on Emperor Palpatine/Sidious figures...man there is some awful awful crap in those pages.

Really like what I have seen so far.  Just a few minor nits to pick...the first book was done Chronologically and while it was a hard call to make, it's too bad the next one couldn't have picked up in 99 and went on in the same order.  That book also had a lot more detail and bigger movie pics which added to the appeal to me at least.

Well worth it and a perfect gift for any collector...nice job all around

Latest rumors:

http://www.ign.com/articles/2012/11/08/toy-story-3-screenwriter-may-write-star-wars-episiode-vii

Oscar winner Michael Arndt (Toy Story 3, Little Miss Sunshine) has wrote a treatment for Episode VII (and perhaps the entire trilogy) and may be one of the writers of the trilogy when it is scheduled to go in front of cameras in 2014.  It is said to include Luke, Leia, and Han and they are hoping to be able to bring back Hamill, Fischer and Ford to reprise their roles.  According to the report, the first three directors that the treatment is being sent to are Spielberg, Abrams, and Brad Bird.  Again, grain of salt and all that....
Arndt is confirmed as script writer
