I've always heard this and Comic Con were a blast, maybe when Max gets a little older we'll make a trip to the Windy City for Wizard World

Good point Nicklab, hasbro isn't against the idea, people bought those rather craptacular Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon (I liked the Darth) there is now reason two or three figs per year couldn't be Concept Art figs.

Another one of my favorite McQuarrie's

Sorta, I just went to Georgia for the first time, got me to thinking of many of the 50 I had been too

Little known OCB fact, I have never left the country...this winter I was in Baudette, MN withing a stones throw of Canuckia, didn't make it across the bridge  :-*

Also Chris, if you ever have 3 weeks of vacation I cannot tell you enough how awesome it is to drive to California and back (the back part kind of sucks) but it is an awesome trip

Nevermind is a great CD and in general I like Nirvana, but after a while to me, it all starts sounding the same.  They do mix it up a bit and especially on Something In The Way

For me though Incesticide and Unplugged are leaps and bounds ahead of Nevermind.  Just me though (Unlpugged just missed the cut  :-*)

Watto's Junk Yard / Best CD's of the 90's

I'll name my top 5, you can list as many as you want...No real order but these 5 are my cream of the 90's crop

Tom Petty ~ Wildflowers

I broke up with a pretty serious girlfriend in 1996, I must have listened to this CD 200 times, it deals with loss of love, how crappy it makes you feel and how everything will be alright.  Tom's guitar work is amazing and the classic video moment (weeks later Snoop Dogg was blanketing the airwaves  ::))

"So let me get to the point, lets roll another reaara"

Alice in Chains ~ Jar of Flies

This is an EP so there are only 7 songs on here and 1 is an instrumental.  The 6 songs together though are some of the greatest songs I have ever heard, Layne's lament of spiraling into a hopeless addiction is very evident.  Another CD I could listen to for hours and hours

Smashing Pumpkins ~ Siamese Dream

One of those discs that doesn't have a bad track on it from beginining to the end every song is just balls on solid rock.  How it all lays out and blaneds from song to song is an amazing collection of art.  That to me is one of the greatest parts about CD's too.  This was a staple in the disc changers while playing thousands of games of Sega NHL Hockey.  I abosuletly love this CD

Pearl Jam ~ No Code

Not everyone's favorite Pearl Jam CD, but it is mine.  Kind of goes back to Siamese Dream, the first string of 6 songs are all amoungst my favorite PJ songs:

Sometimes
Hail, Hail
Who You Are (I wish they would still play this in concert)
In My Tree
Smile
Off He Goes

The B-Side of the Record is full of some great gems as well, a lot of fans hate this one, one of their worst sellers, I still remember lining up at Best Buy at midnight and listening to No Code all night long.   :'(

Soul Asylum ~ Grave Dancers Union

This CD will always have a special place in my heart...a really special place :-*

I guess the gray area here pappy is that we don't know how old Luke was when Obi-Wan brought Luke to Owen and Beru, could have been 2, could have been 1

We also do not know how young Jedi begin their training, might be soon after birth to lessen the blow of family removal from the original parents

New Playmats Q&A at the SCS, nothing Earth Shattering, I wish Hasbro would grace us with their presence like Playmates, Toy Biz, and Palisades do

JD Sports Forum! / Re: Stanley Cup Playoffs
« on: May 9, 2003, 12:50 AM »
It started with the Angles beating the Twins
It Continued with the Lakers killing the T-Pups

Time for some revenge...

I cannot believe they won that game, Cloutier is a sieve beyond belief.  Wild should have never been in a Game 7 if they could have won a couple of Face Offs earlier in the Series...

Gophers win the NCAA, time for the Wild to bring Lord Stanley's Cup to Minnesota!

Actually, I don't think they or Anaheim have a chance versus Ottawa or New Jersey...
