Yeah, sleeps w/ a stuffed wampa, has 3 lightsabers- different colors, calls the Falcon "a piece of junk", and threatens the guy stacking the meat dept at Wal-Mart w/ the fact he doesn't like him, he's got a death warrant, and "you'll be dead!"... yeah, but he enjoys SW, it's not just me, I promise!!!!

I picked up all the OT ones several years back as well (I think during the POTJ era, if I recall correctly).  Unfortunately, for some lame reason, I thought they'd look better without the tags, so I cut them all off.  I think my collecting has evolved since then, and now I prefer my items to be as "complete" as possible, so now I wish I had left their tags on.  Oh well, not that big a deal really...

I'll have to hunt around the hobby room and find them, so I can refresh my memory as to how many there were, and which characters they offiered.  I'd guess there were 8 - 12 of them the first time 'round though.

If you're into "cute", or have young kids, I guess these can be fun items to pick up.  I just got 'em 'cause I live to support the franchise by all means necessary...   ::)
I bought the Wampa one about  15 months  before I gave birth to my son.  I thought it was cute.  He sleeps with it everynight- it's his version of a teddy bear.  You know you are a SW parent when... well, when your son has a photo in front of an X wing...

Star Wars Style "D" is my favorite, and actually something I have yet to frame.  I can't decide exactly how to frame it yet- that's part of the problem.  Anyway, it is going to go in my dining room when it finally goes up.

I don't think so.- as far as the nose.. I like quirky guys for the most part, but I think he comes across as too arrogant... go figure, I like Luke, not Han- same principle...
Don't know about the nose w/ you Jesse, have never seen you to tell if a broken nose is better or not :)  I'm sure you are hot w/ it as is :)  hehehehe

Bettas actually take water changes better than most fish- my guess is he got fin rot or ick.  They have a labyrinth breathing system, so they aren't as prone to having problems w/ water changes like ordinary fish. 
I used to keep bettas when I was in college- one lasted 3 years- even flew home w/ me on some extended vacations.  I only had maybe one or two ever die that quickly and it was some sot of disease that got them- suddenly they are swimming sideways or something.
Anyway, I don't have fish now, I have a cat- Chloe, and she looks like the cat from Pet Semetary- or so I'm told.  I had water turtle named Yoda, but I gave him away around 2 years ago when I got divorced and became a single mom- too much work to keep up his tank and take care of my son. 
I'll get a dog when Aidan is older, but that will be a few years.

I can't believe I finally decide to register after lurking here for a while, and what happens? I get this unfortunate #....
Well, at least it got me to introduce myself...
Hi, I'm Shannon.  I've been around SW forums since right before E1 I think, so a lot of people around here may know me.  I used to collect SW a bit more, but I love more of the chase than the purchase now as I'm a single mom w/ limited funding.  I also get to purchase some for my son, who is a mini- SW fan.   Anyway, I'm a Original Issue OT fan, and I don't hate the prequels, but I have some definite opinions on how they could have been better, etc.   I read some of the books- none of the long series yet, though.  I also try to go to the local cons (that would be Dallas) and I'm planning on attending C3- keep me away from Tequila... Tequila+Fanboys+SW= trouble for me... okay, so maybe I am a little devilish...
but if I suddenly turn pregnant and have some old woman trying to get me to wear some stinky necklace w/ "Tanas" in it I'm going to hunt someone down...
