I think it's the #41 sculpt.  Either way I'd rather just go get 2 #41s and make my own...

That would be super cool but if they used a new or Super Articulated body for the Snowtrooper and Scout trooper I'd cry because I'd have so little money for food...

I see these as a double negative.  1st you have to win the "luck" game and find one at Kmart (no small feat) and 2nd you have to roll the dice again to see what your going to have to pay for the stinker.  I found 2 of them back in August when the came out and I was all happy when I went to pay.  However, after I looked at the price I was paying for each (~$28!!!) I wasn't as happy... :(

I've been trying to keep one of each card style and it's almost too much room for me.  I move every ~2 years and it's hard to keep up with all my loose figures and vehicles.  :'(  They take up like 12 of those 36 gallon plastic tubs.

I guess Hasbo thinks it would be too hard to take one of the Boba Fett molds (of which I like several) and adjust it and repaint it to make a Jango Fett.  I'd LOVE a figure like that as Jango Fett is cool but the old version they are trying to pass on us is a stinker  :P and most (dare I say all) collectors -- as well as kids who were old enough when AOTC came out -- already have one or two of that version!

Since I'm moving to Italy in a few months I'm changing a lot!  I'm guilty of army building with no real reason.   :-[  Maybe I'm afraid that if I only have one and lose it I'm screwed so if I have several I could lose one and I'd still have some.   I just get all fired up when I see clone troopers and stormtroopers on the pegs.  I have like 20 SA clonetroopers and I still try to buy them at Target...until I talk/guilt myself out of it.

I don't know...maybe it's stupid but maybe I'll be glad I did it one day.  Can't play with look at more than one or two figures at a time anyway...I'm admiring the craftmanship!

However, it looks like the new Saga line is going to help cure me of army building as there isn't much to pick from.  I'd only need 4 figures from the Geonosis wave (all Commandos too ;)).

Anyone scoring full cases is getting too many...

1) these things are expensive for ONE action figure!  I'm not hurting for cash but with 4 of them I'm thinking I made a mistake and spent too much... 4 figures for over $50!  Man!  I shouldn't have added that up...
2) He has no neck!  Don't get me wrong I love this figures paint job, but when the #6 version came out in April I switched heads with my EPII clones to make a Super Articulated EPIII clone but later switched it back.  I didn't like it...no neck...JUST like the Target version.
3) 95% of the folks scoring cases of these are just in it for the money.

Is that cynical enough for ya?  ;)

I like them.  Chewy is different enough to make him a nice addition to a Wookie army.  R2 is from the best scupt so he's good.  Leia is hot a well done scuplt with a nicely done cowel and Luke is a neat addition and very "vintagey".

I haven't seen the Sandtrooper at retail.  I wasn't looking though as I ordered it from EE.  I saw Yoda last week at Suncoast and I was actually coming back for it when I saw Darth instead.

It's weird isn't it?  When I saw the movie I thought a Gree would be the greatest!  Now that I found both Bly and Gree I can see why.  I have 2 Bly figures and 2 Gree figures, and when I went back to the store the other day and saw a Bly and Gree I found myself with a Bly figure in hand as I walked around looking for stuff.  I put it back but I was really tempted to get it.  Not so much with Gree.

Picked up two more Target Shadow Troopers from a friend today!  Makes for a total of 4 Utapau Shadow Troopers.  I think if I get anymore I'll have major buyers remorse due to the exhorbitant price of these suckers...If they were cheaper I'd have 10 of them!

Jared your last paragraph about this wave being a bottleneck for the rest of the year is scary because it' probably going to happen.  Jango is a cool character but that figure stinks.  The Republic Commando is the only cool one and everyone knows it... The 3PO is an abomination!  I'm already running from this stinker (except for the Commando)

I was so stoaked to see Qui Gon!  I even had my holo Qui Gon action figure from that old WalMart exclusive ready to go as the Spirit of Qui Gon.  And then I was denied!  Not even in a deleted scene!
