Deep ruby red in color, assertively hopped and brewed with dark caramel malt, Never Summer Ale makes even the coldest Colorado peaks seem warm. Just as a test I punched in four nights at the Hyatt and was quoted $885. Ugh. Even splitting something would be hella expensive. I should probably reconsider the trip but I don't want to drop below 50% Celebration attendance.
I'm actually really saddened by this, beyond the usual "Hmm, that's a bummer" of celebrity deaths. His are among my favorite SW books and he was invariably awesome with fans. I can’t claim to have known him personally, but I met him at signings at CIII and CVI (probably CV as well) and always tried to catch as many of his panels as possible. I actually had a dream the other night that he was restarting the X-Wing series to fill the whole gap between Adumar and the NJO. Alas.
