Nothing beats the days of looking through Sears' catalogs, and trying to put together a Christmas wishlist for my parents. Every year they would tell my brother and I to pick out things for Santa to get us, and I would always ask to get Star Wars toys. Growing up you could really only get Star Wars toys at either Sears or K-Mart (by me at least). So, it was always easiest to make up our list by browsing the Sears catalog.

The vintage line really brings back a lot of memories. I was just checking out that site at ToysRGus, and I couldn't believe that Scout Walker was only $14.99 back then. Wish it would come out again for that price. Also great prices include...

I got these the other day from Entertainment Earth, and I must say this is the finest line of Star Wars toys that Hasbro is pumping out right now. Yeah, they're not really "toys" per se, but they are some of the coolest things I have in my collection. Out of these three (Clone Trooper, Chewie and Luke (X-Wing Fighter Pilot) it's hard to say which one is the best. I first thought the Clone Trooper would be by a landslide (because he's a Clone Trooper), but that Luke Skywalker has some incredible detail on him. I'm not much of a Luke Skywalker fan (as toys go), but this one is really something.

I really love the Unleashed line.

I like the Jedi drawing in the first picture, but that cat you drew is very good. I have four cats, so it's nice that you spent the time drawing a picture of your cat. Nicely done!

I've been going out every other day or so trying to find these, and I haven't had any luck finding them. Other people in my area have found these already, but most have said they were in pretty banged-up shape (bubbles crushed, cards bent, etc). Has anyone else found these in bad shape? I'm actually surprised about this because these seem to be stronger cards and bubbles than regular figures.

I just beat the game for the very first time! It took me about 42 hours to do it, but I wish it could have lasted a lot longer though. This is by far the BEST Star Wars video game ever made!

Here are some stats of my character:

Character Type = Male Soldier (Level 8 ) and Jedi Consular (Level 12)
Jedi or Sith? = Sith of course!
Experience = 243,791
Credits = 9,733
Vitality = 252 max
Force = 148 max
Defense = 23
Fortitude = 18

Strongest Skill = Treat Injury
Favorite Weapon = Double-Bladed Lightsaber (Red)
Favorite Force Power = Force Storm

Fondest Memories of My Quest:

Killed Jolee on top of the Temple while Bastilla watched.
Force persuaded Zabaar to kill Mission on the beach of the Unknown Planet.
I know there were more, but I can't think of them at the moment.

I picked up one of these a couple months ago for the full price of $99. Everytime I've gone to Target I check to see if they have any at the clearance price, and I haven't found one on sale yet.

I haven't built mine yet (at least not until after we get a house), but I can't wait to put this bad boy together.

I got this game a couple months ago for my Xbox, and I think it's a pretty good game. It cannot be compared to KOTOR, because KOTOR blows this game away. But, Jedi Academy is a very fun game to play. I haven't played it for a while but it's worth picking up. If you don't want to spend the $50 on it go rent it first.

I got the newsletter in my email from Lucasarts today, and I am really impressed with how this game looks. I just hope the gameplay is as good as the graphics.

Saga '02-'04 / Re: R1-G4

The head on my R1-G4 does move, but it's a very tight fit. I was kind of worried about forcing it to move, so I just pretty much left it as is. It also seems like there's a circular joint more toward the base of it. I didn't try moving it too much, because I didn't want to end up breaking this awesome figure. The detail on it is amazing... spitting image of the one in the ANH. I love it!
