Looks like the International trailer was leaked, but was removed.  I didn't see it.

It's all those Hans, Leias, and Greedos, along with the TRU Cantina Exclusives...  :P

As an aside, it would be nice if Scott would update the freakin' Who Is Left Master Archive before we move on to the other movies.  It's only been 2 1/2 years since it's last edit...  ::)

What's sad is maybe 3 figures have been done in that time.

That's right.  Forgot about that.

Who's dumb idea was to make Jar Jar a senator?

Fixed it for you.

But, yeah, no sense in him having a political career, but I bet they (Lucas) wanted to keep Jar Jar around in some capacity.  But then again, Jar Jar is considered (likely) a Hero of the Battle of Naboo, and many politicians are former war heroes (not saying that they are all idiots since Jar Jar is).

I figure Boss Nass and the General (forget his name) may have died in the ten years between TPM and Clones since there's no mention of it... and maybe Jar Jar was influenced by Palpatine to become a senator since the Force influences the weak minded.

As for Padme:  At the time she was hiding in Naboo, then ran off with Ani to rescue his mother on Tatooine, and then running to Geonosis to save Obi-Wan, leaving Jar Jar to be the senior member of the Naboo delegation.

The costume book 100% confirms Han's coatis brown but Hasbro still leans to blue on figs. Wtf?

It's all about the mighty dollar, I bet.  The only way to get the Tauntaun is to buy the blue coat Han since they'll release the proper Hoth Han separately.  Otherwise, if they did movie accurate Han with the Tauntaun, no one would buy a single carded Blue coat one... or not as many people would anyway.

Hope those are not final production pieces...  if so, yuck on the unpainted Tauntaun horns

I didn't notice the Tauntaun's horns at first... but same issue with the Wampa, too.

The Wookiee Arcade / Re: Star Wars Commander - App
« on: November 13, 2014, 08:37 PM »
It's level 7.  After upgrading, I checked to see how much to go to the next level and there wasn't anything offered to upgrade to level 8.

This game is eh.  As I mentioned, lack of fortifying the base sucks.  The Heroes really suck, too.  The Rebels have Han and Chewie and are essentially invincible.  How come the Imperials don't have Vader?  Seems the Imperial Heroes die faster than Rebel ones, too.

I guess I would enjoy the game more (and Clash of Clans) if it wasn't player v "player".  I enjoy the storylines and the campaigns, but to attack someone when they can't defend with personnel kind of sucks to me.  And sometime when doing the campaign or storylines, it seems you expend more resources than you recover if you destroy a whole base.

Whatever.  The game has quickly lost its appeal.

I guess I maxed out my base.  Really?  That's it?  Stingy on the fencing, aren't we?  How can one defend his base if you can't even fortify all your things?  This is where Clash of Clans has the game beat... oh, and the ease of rearranging your base.

Football figures.  That sport is way too violent... and demeaning.  I mean, look at the ass-whooping the Bears got from the Packers.  That has to be demoralizing to any kid Bears fan.  Same might be applied to the Vikings since the Pack did the same to them.

Seriously speaking, all TV shows (cartoons and otherwise) have some sort of violence in them.  Tom and Jerry, Looney Toons are violent at times and they have been on TV for years.  Transfomers, Joes, SW all have guns, Batman movies have violence.  Game of Thrones?  You could list the seven deadly sins there and probably add another seven.  Boys toys aren't the only ones: Barbie has its issues, Bratz.  The solution isn't to ban all toys though.

I think if TRU wants to sell Breaking Bad and other collector focused toys, perhaps they need an 18+ section where only adults can go... just don't make them like the curtained room in some comic shops or cigar stores where you'd feel 'dirty' for going in there.

And I really haven't seen what Ezra's slingshot can do... It's like a tazer, I guess.  Can't have kids killing people, I guess.

I see no problem in putting up Christmas lights now, or earlier for the northern states and Canada that get hit by snow early in the year.  I wouldn't want to do it in the snow.  Now, if you are turning them on in October or early November...

I will say the scoring and planets we've seen are pretty kick ass...love all of the Williams and McQuarrie nods all over the place

This is one big plus for the show... something that draws in the adult audience that cared about SW from the beginning.  It's nice to see the McQuarrie stuff in action.  It's just a shame that its just for a kid's show.

I hope that by the end of Season One this rag-tag team meets up with the actual Rebels and are brought into their fold.  Otherwise, the show has a misleading title.  Sure they are rebels in their own right, but it should be done without the watchers assuming there is an association with the Rebel Alliance.

1. Uncle Owen (Comic-pack repaint)
2. Tonnika Sisters
3. Aunt Beru (resculpt)
4. Bannis Keeg
5. Princess Leia (SA) (Tantive IV)
6. Death Squad Commander (Kenner Vintage Deco)
7. Modal Nodes Biths (with instrument pack-ins)
8.  Admiral Motti
9. Officer Evax
10.  Lars' Power Droid

Heck there are more here that I'd want than in the Prequels.
