So, I hit up 4 Walgreens and came up with nothing in regards to Tyrion Lannister... none of them carried the GoT figures, so I wonder if I'll find any at all?

Apparently, there was another SDCC exclusive: Tyrion Lannister (Battle of Blackwater)... looks the same as the previous release, but comes with a helmet.

And, Walgreens has an exclusive GoT figure of Tyrion as the Hand... just found that out from someone on yakface.  So, I guess there are other figures to look for.

Hopefully the price stays down.

Wave 2 should be hitting soon, I expect.  Not sure if I should be checking TRU or B&N more.  Seems like B&N restocks more than TRU.

That depends on if the DCPI is going to change for the 6" figures...

I like the idea of a combined top ten for all the prequels. Not one prequel character cracked last year's overall top ten.

And it'd be less work for Scotty, too. All that extra free time could be used to finish up his abandoned Collect All 92 feature.

An even better reason...  ;)

I would have been okay with lumping the prequels into one list... or even making it down to 5 figures each film, especially given Hasbro and Disney's (supposed) focus on the OT.  In several years time, the wishlist go go year-round. (Episodes 1-9, Rebels, EU, CW, Spin-off movies, 6", Champions).  That would be a headache.  But still, this is one of the things I enjoy about JD.

The Black Series 6" Figures / Re: 6" Black Series Recent Purchases

Picked up another 6" Boba Fett @ TRU this morning, got them to price match the $17.99 online price. Looks like they got more of Wave 2 though, not Wave 4. No sign of anything else new there.

That's odd.  My local TRU also restocked with Wave 2 recently... no Boba, but was surprised to see Greedo and Leia when it was just 2 Hans there.  I guess Han needed a Greedo to hang with before the Showdown 2-pack showed up.

My list of "No One's Been Done in a While (and may not be, either)".

1 Queen Padme Amidala (Theed Palace)
2 Tey How (Neimodian Bridge Controller)
3 Anakin Skywalker (Tatooine with Podracer helmet)
4 Nobot
5 Elan Mak
6 C-3PO
7 Senator Palpatine
8 Chancellor Vallorum
9 Aldar Beedo
10 Nute Gunray

I guess paint apps horrors strike this line, too.  Yakface posted a picture (from Imperial Shipyards) of someone who had a Scout without a painted lens.  That's gotta suck

A local found these at Vintage Stock a few days ago...

I got mine at $39.99

Ditto.  I forgot they were that much, but if you can find another $40 item they have a BOGO 40% on ALL TOYS this week.

I think it's at select stores.  I saw no kind of advertising regarding that... in the paper or in store.

I picked up the Speederbike set yesterday.  Love it, but there are some disappointments to it:

1. The power cell on mine is not completely circular, as if the piece wasn't completely solid when someone set it down after taking it from the mold.
2. The tarp or sack that sits behind the Scout is too large. It also would have been cool if the straps holding it down were painted a different color to stand out more.
3. Because the tarp/sack is too large, the thrust flaps cannot be opened all the way. At best, they open to about 45%. I wish they could open up completely though for speed instead of 'cruising'.
4. The stand is nice and is design so that you can display the bike at three different heights. I tried the tallest first, but found it difficult to find a balance sweet spot. Also, the long one is thin towards the top that when I tried to adjust the speeders position, it would twist, so I feared snapping that leg off. I ended up using the shortest leg, since having the long and medium on the ground provided the best balance... and I'm happy with that since I'm only buying one of the bikes.

Watto's Junk Yard / Re: 'The Hobbit' movie

Loved the trailer but knowing what's coming, it's kind of odd having it as one movie.  It'll have a weird pace to it I think.

I'm sure PJ can find enough filler material like he did to destroy the last one.  You know, the love triangle... that will probably end up being a Romeo and Juliet ending since the elf-chick is not in LotR.
