Congrats to you and your family, Jesse! Glad to hear that everything went well!

I agree that I don't like shelling out $3-5 extra on vintage figures that we could buy for the $7 range we are now. I mean, it's probably frustrating to those who bought the vintage Scout Trooper in droves last year to find it released later in the same year as the Kashyyyk scout, and then in the next rereleased in the Legends line for the basic figure price! So hasbro can't say that they have to price the vintage figures higher than the basics because they're more expensive to produce. I doubt the cards are worth the extra $3-5.

As for prequel "vintage", I find it hard to think of TPM as vintage like I can the OT. It's just too recent. But I like the idea of the scene-specific pictures on the cards... maybe not exactly like those from the OT, but something similar.

Hermi's color maybe off... or maybe that's his normal color when not in the dark, dank slum of Jabba's palace  ??? Anyone else disappointed with the lack of Hermi's drool-maker?  ;)

No Palpatines to mention, Scott. Besides defigured Palpatine (that appears in Jedi and end of Sith), I think Supreme Chancellor would be a must.

The card art is very nice on all of these as well.

In some cases, better than the figure (see Anakin).

That Anakin is cool! Malak looks like he's seen the ghost of Christmas past... or as Jeff said, pegwarming future. Hopefully the figure turns out better than what is shown. He needs to look more evil like on the package.

I've said it before, but I will not be happy with the Spidey franchise until Ben Kingsley puts on that vulture suit.

Or maybe Patrick Stewart?

Like your ideas for Jedi and Padawan... hope they come someday soon. I won't add my list; I've got too many.

If that Mosep/Jabba is correct, then that means we'll be getting Mosep soon. Wasn't there talk of a figure being release in different colors than the regular movie version... ala Airborne Trooper? This might be what they're talking about.

You went to a new/remodeled store didn't you? Let me guess the one in Medina?

Or Knollwood... home of the $2.99 TAC figures for about a week.  :-\ Too bad they caught on.

I didn't see this posted earlier, but today I finally got around to opening those Cantina dudes from the WM exclusive 5. All 3 had AotC bases!

A little OT, but since they were in the same props article, looks like we might see Praji, Wes Janson, and maybe the Ewok mother and Woklings!! I'm sure a lot of us will want to see those carded alongside ICMG!!

These are looking nice. I will at least have an A-Wing pilot in my ranks! No need to mention Mcfigs... there's fabulous!!

Getting 6 of 10, means you're 60%.  ;) Seriously though, last year hardly a choice got picked by hasbro in AotC to be made. Just the Fireside Padme and maybe SA Jango (which still haven't been confirmed as far as I know). But Scott (OCB if you don't know him) does compiles these lists and they are given to Hasbro to show what the fans want. I think it's fun, but it's hard to choose just ten. There are so many figures out there that haven't been made (like Willrow Hood or Yarna, Tonnika Sisters) and have yet to be immortalized in plastic!

I could go on, but eventually, there will be slim pickings in out voting choices (I hope).

They sure do in Florida during election years.  ;)

- Zuckuss before Dengar ;)

So now the question is: Will Zuckuss be called 4-LOM on the card, ala Vintage style?
