Not to brag, but I was lucky enough to have a forum member sell me one of his that he found early for cost.

I will still go out on 4/2, but now I don't have to wait in line and risk the chance of not getting one.

As well, I know I won't have any luck finding clones, or the elusive regular DV - I am totally blown away by the fact that there is only ONE Darth Vader in the entire 3 3/4 ROTS line!!!

He is the focal point of this movie and the entire marketing campaign revolves around him - won't somebody please think of the children!!

Mark my words, this is the figure everybody will be clamoring for!

And on that note, please save some for the kiddies!  It always nice to see the kids get back into SW during a movie year....especially now that I have my own son who is only 2, yet loves to watch SW and begs to play with my Unleashed and Koto figures - only because he can't!

Is that the VOTC Vader?  Or is it just the cape that is throwing me off?

Edit:  And am I the only who was hoping for the top of the chamber?

I have four of the Struzan posters framed in oak and hung in my office - still waiting on the AOTC and ROTS frames...I can post pics if anyone is interested!

BTW, is the coloring kind of dark on the displayable side of your ROTS posters?  The reversed side is printed perfectly while the flip side is really dark and just doesn't look right....??

Some of you may know me from RS and very few of you may remember the heated political discussions that went on between myself, Dressel, Zod, and others that may or may not be present here at JD.

Well, I just wanted to say "Hi" and so far so good.  The crowd seems to be a lot cooler here than other places and oh, BTW, how the heck do I add a custom avatar?

Do I have to reach a certain pinnacle of posts or something??

Hi -

Some of you may know from RS - I'm going to try to phase myself out from over there and make this my new home.

The mods suck over there and PW's attitude is getting out of hand...

I honestly believe that the Big H does not know what these EB figures will look like, otherwise we would have seen pictures. 

I also think that WM wanted an exclusive real quick like to counter Target's Lava Lamp Vader and this was the quick fix for Hasbro.

Cardboard backdrop with a plastic stand and off the shelf display case can be done very fast - can't believe they are selling us an empty box of air! :P
