The more I think about it, why wouldn't the CIS bring the cruiser out of hyperspace at the last possible second, if at all? I mean why not slam it into the station at hyperspace speed, detonating the explosives and destroying a huge contingent of the Republic fleet in one fell swoop.

With the series moving to the Disney Channel and Hasbro having to focus a ton of time and resources to developing EVII merch., I'm of the mind that Hasbro should license the 3-3/4" Clone Wars line to Disney for them to produce solely. Hasbro and Disney already have a relationship with the Star Tours and build-a-droid parts so why not?

That explosion, and ensuing fallout, from the Cruiser was one of the best rendered scenes in the series. I guess the Republic has nothing better to do than scour the wreckage for one astromech though. 
I liked the build-a-droid reference there at the end. Too bad it means **** now as a result of canceling of the BAD line.
I also noticed that during one of the commercial breaks they showed that the ETA-2 "ROTS" Jedi Starfighters will be making an appearance soon.

There is no doubt that the handling of this has been botched to varying degrees. If there is one plus to give is that they’ve advertised for months that this would be available with an ETA of 01/31/13.
With folks getting them months eariler than that, irrespective of the order in which the orders were placed and filled, I’d say that is fine by me, especially compared with manufacturers like Gentle Giant who’s release schedule is always getting pushed out.

What I also find troubling about the new class II size is the accompanying packaging. We saw packaged samples at CVI, and if you didn't know any better, you'd think that there was a larger vehicle in that box. This might be an issue for parents thinking that they are getting something more than advertised, especially with that hollow bottom Republic Fighter Tank.

What I find in the release of this statement is that prices will be going up regardless. I don't think there has been a time where Hasbro has said that they were doing things to keep the retail cost down and have it not go up anyway.
