That's cool. Anyone here have there collection displayed on one of those racks?

Schwing!

I saw R2-D2 at Source Comics today but it was $80. I thought about buyingit but I wanted both droids at once.
Is that the store by the fair grounds? I'm tempted now. Dang you!!!
Picked up the Chewie today for 50% off at Gentle Giant's website... couldn't resist at that price. There are so many others that I'd like; Fett, Jawa, R2, Vader, Hammerhead, Greedo, etc., but I'm mainly holding out for Yoda and maybe a power droid.
Anyone still reading these? With all the different Joe lines I have to constantly re-check the covers while I am reading to recall which universe the story is in!
The new scratch-off cover is an awesome gimmick and was very successful with me, I bought two so I could scratch one off and leave the other intact. I experienced a real child-like thrill scratching off that mask. They should do something like that more often, and wouldn't it have been cool if different covers had different people under the mask, distributed in random assortments?
Has anyone seen the Series 5 minifigures show up at retail yet in the US?
I've been going on an Alien Conquest binge lately, what with my disgust with Hasbro's distribution and all. The Alien Striker (5 bucks for an Alien Defense Unit Human, Alien, and tiny alien skimmer) set is particularly addictive, and I've been buying multiples of them when I go into TRU, and ordering extra minifigure heads from Lego's website to do headswaps. Very cool stuff, and the UFO noise that the Alien Mothership makes never fails to bring a grin to my face.
