Ozzel - Glad to finally get him, but like others have already mentioned above, he seems a little off...  I think it's the coloring of his uniform, his face/mustache, and him just being a little too skinny.  Still a decent figure, but I hope the final retail version is tightened up just a little bit.  Great custom fodder though (not that I can customize very well).  Finally an IO in a standard TUNIC (flat) uniform!

Dengar - Looks great, and it's cool that he can be posed in a firing position.  But my first thought when I saw him was similar to what Jesse already pointed out - that being the potential lack of articulation in the arms.  The only reason I feel it's really warranted here is because the scene we all want to pose him in is the Star Destroyer bridge scene, where he's certainly not blasting away at anyone.  He's just standing at attention with his arms straight down.  Hopefully that's still possible with this figure, but it doesn't look like it.  Hopefully I'm wrong though.  Otherwise, great figure.

Bossk - Yep, not really necessary, but still a nice improvement on the prior one.  Even more reptilian looking now, with what appears to be some nice articulation in the arms.  Looks great, but I'd have preferred a new Zuckuss and/or 4-LOM first, though they are appearing on some new rumor lists now...   8)

Not the most exciting wave overall, but I think it'll get better before it's released.

Those figures look amazing!  I didn't think Bossk could be done any better than the POTF2 version, but this resculpt is truly amazing!  Wow!  And Dengar is looking really good!  Hope I can find these in stores.

These guys look AWESOME! I'll be picking them up, maybe even 3 or 4 Ozzels. I can't really add to what has been said by OCB, except for the fact that these figures look great! Excellent job by Hasbro!

Galactic Hunter has carded images of this wave up...

DANG!

Yavin just hit and now these show up... that means the Star Destroyer wave can't be that far away either!  18 basic figures through the first 3 months of 2004?  Plus 8 Cartoon and 12-20 repackage figures?   Plus 5 ultra figures?

That's a LOT of new figures very quickly!

Got my new Insider today, and Dengar looks to be a really REALLY prime choice of a figure.  His articulation is shown off some, by having him in a goofy pose with his arms out.  Looks like he'll be a winner, for a fat guy in bandages.

Keep your eyes peeled for your copy of Insider because they're getting good toy images as of late.  :)

That Dengar figure might be the first time they made a figure that's better looking than the actual actor :D  What a studly action figure.

that bossk looks remarkably disappointing. i dont see much articulation, that looks like the same damn thing! even worse, look at the left arm, is it permanently at that right angle? LAME :( :'( :(

Hi All,

I was just looking at the carded pictures of this wave at SirSteves...

http://sirstevesguide.com/news/uploads/29976/bossk_cbk.jpg

I noticed that on the back of Bossk's card, they've got a picture of J'Quille, but it says "Tanus Spijek"?

Think they'll fix the error?   If so, more goodies for you variant/error hunters to go for!  Been a while since I've seen a big error on a cardback...

Nataku

ps
04-17 = Dengar
04-18 = Bossk
04-16 = Ozzel
for those keeping track numerically...

Dude, we haven't even seen the Yavin wave yet here. My head is going to explode when I start seeing reports of the SD wave.  :)

Sounds like they're finally starting to trickle out now!  Crap, I'm still not totally caught up with the prior two waves yet.  I hate falling too far behind.  Must go hunt!
