i really like the LIN-V8K droid jedijaybird, simple yet very effective with a nice paint job.

i was contemplating on how to make it completely movie accurate. i was thinking you would have to get a smoked plastic and then put little LED's inside it that would light up and then little tractor track thingy's on the bottom, at least that's how i think it looked in the movie when the jawa's are trying to "shoo" it along outside the sandcrawler. i'll get to it soon enough after i get some of these 12" customs done  :)

i found this website that has great 3-D renderings of custom droids as well as ones in the movies and star tours if anyone needs any additional reference.

OH ok, I remember R5-A2 now  ;D
The scariest thing that I've ever seen,
Is the terrible AT-AT walking machine.
It's as big as a house on walking legs,
and whatever it steps on it crushes like eggs.

Ok,I found a little bit of time to start my second droid for this month today.  I'll get him finished this week, but will abide by the "rules" and post it at the end of the month.

Im already starting on my organic seperatist. ;D My second droid is almost finished too. Im in the process of working out his final details, and then he gets painted. Seeing as how he was the one I wanted to make to begin with, techically Im still abiding by the rules. ;D :P

I'm very curious to see what everyone's Organic Separatists look like.  I plan on making several kinds of them...

I think we should make a rule - none of them can be Nemoidians!  Not to say that you couldn't use parts from Nemoidians (for example, I think the Nemoidian Warrior body is perfect for a few customs), but I think we should try and broaden the type of species we see.

As long as the Aqualish are Seps, I should have nothing to worry about. If not I'm in trouble. :o :P

The Aqualish would make for perfect Separatist troops.  Great idea!

I have a large droid that should be done before the end of the month, all I have to do is paint it!

Can you type that a little better next time?  Please?  There's a thread about that here - http://www.jedidefender.com/yabbse/index.php?topic=8230.0

Basically, I'm pointing that out because I'm not sure what you are saying... something about a deal with the Separatists getting free droids for invading Kashyyyk?

I think SP is talking about Republic Commando. The trandoshan's struck a deal with Dooku and the Sepperatist, they were given Battle droids to start the invasion on Kashyyyk, it started out as a Trando slaving operation and the Seperatist presence was a secret, then the Republic found out about it and it became the Battle of Kashyyy. I'm not sure what kind of droid he is talking about though..... Wait I got it, I think he is asking if he can make a Trando for the flesh-n-blood Seperatist trooper CCC.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up SLC.

So, Smarty you are referring to some sort of Trandoshans that have joined the Separatist cause?  That's a good idea.  I like that a lot!

Hey SLC - I need to PM you, so get ready for a couple of questions.   ;)
