DN, great work, Very nice and unique weathering of your figures.
The softgoods works very well, and i'm a long time anit-sofgoods type a guy.
I'm only now starting to bend and think about using them.

I agree that the eyes of drox are too dark. It looks more like football stuff to keep
sweat out. Take an exacto and scrape some off. That will make the world of difference
on him.

One thing your weathering does, is really bring out the sculpt of that han head.
Love the Five Oclock shadow, exrertly done.

I like the Sora Bulq - However, I think the eyes will be confusing to people.  One suggestion would be to use a blindfold on the eyes.  Someone on the boards recently showed off a blind jedi custom.  I want to say it was Eeth Koth but I don't remember for sure.  Anyway, that would accentuate the blindness.  You could aslo do what Chewie did for the blind Ephant Mon based custom for the fan-fic alien challenge.

Or better than a blindfold, how aobut a piece like Jordie on Startrek wears.
A metal stip across the eyes...

What a great idea.  It would be just like the sith to use technology where organic parts have failed!

I might go back and add that...I worked on a cloth blindfold but it didn't look right...maybe a strip of styrene with silver paint added?

Well, I redid Aros- swapped out his Stormtrooper legs to Biker Scout shins and painted his boots black. Added (as well as removed) some gear to him, and added a gray drybrush.

Here are some pics with different guns:

Well, I hope you like him. LMK what you think. Thanks for looking.

I might go back and add a beard to him to kind of differentiate Jango from a whole different character, what do you all think?

Then again, I might just change their heads all together if I end up picking some BBi figs up.

Wow, I like that Sora a lot, though I know nothing about the character.  I love the clothes you've sewn.  And he seems to have just enough weathering -- not too much.   Aros continues to look good, though he is very recognizably Jango at present -- a beard might indeed help.  :)

Thank you everyone for their kind comments.

This'll be it for a while, I was trying to do some customizing today to busy myself. My grandmother passed away unexpectedly on Friday (keep in mind I'm only 15, so she wasnt old) and it's been hard.

Anyways, I put together another ADSC today from spare parts lying around the work table.

Air Drop Shock Commando Lt. Miijar was a second run clone that was enlisted in the ADSC Division of the 367th Legion. In an early conflict, Miijar was wounded in CQC by a vibroblade, and he bears a scar on his left cheek.

Just one question DN, I hope you don't take offence, but why do you use so many unaltered Real World elements in your customs?

No offense taken Fritz. :)

I use more real-world elements than other customizers because basically it's easier. There are alot of real world items that were inspiration for Star Wars characters and I guess I just utilize that aspect more than some.  I think I am going to get rid of the rails on the pack, will that make it better and moer SW-sy?

Good work, I like the scar a lot.  Does he have a helmet?
My condolences go out to your and your family  for the passing of your grandmother.  My grandfather passed away a couple years ago, I'm still a kid, so he wasn't old either, and I know it is hard.
Keep up the good work!
