Well, I bought a figure lot on ebay the other day and picked up because the seller was local.
The auction was nothing special, just a bunch of figs in a Darth Vader carrying case.  When I got home I opened up the case and looky what I found that wasn't in the auction pictures:

His stickers are gone and he doesn't walk very well, but he is in very nice shape, clean and white.
Not something I was looking for, but now that I have it it's nice to own this little piece of Canadian SW toy history. 8)

What a great bonus!  He looks great though, in spite of the lack of stickers.

That's one figure I got a pretty good deal on as well, $45 with stickers and walks well, though it's not nearly as clean as that one.

Since you're moving and packing stuff up, you'll likely want to sell that to me since it takes up so much space.  $10 sound fair?  :-*

Uh, no.  Sorry, little guy is safely tucked away, napping in bubble wrap right beside the pop-up saber R2 :-*

I found a really cool Antique mall in PA while on my mini-honeymoon. I picked up a loose/mint/complete, closed-belly Tauntaun for $12. They had ALOT of vintage SW memorabilia like puzzles, glasses, books, etc. but I only stick to the figures. Not much in the way of figures though and they ones they had were way overpriced. They did have an ESB X-wing still in the box for $125 and a couple of Mini-rigs for $20 but I passed. Now if it had been a mib Falcon, that would have been a different story. lol... :P

Darth Paul, that was a great surprise and awesome pickup, congrats!

I got a couple of new acquisitions today off of eBay that I'm excited about...

Ewok Catapult Complete w/ Box

I was surprised to get the Catapult for so little, I've seen it go for at least $10 more on a regular basis. I then also picked up...

Dagobah Playset Complete w/ Box

Another surprise in terms of the price, it looks to be in such nice condition. I'll just have to put together a new foam piece which shouldn't be too difficult.

Nice score on the Dagobah playset!

That was my favorite vehicle/playset from the vintage days.  Too bad I sold it at a garage sale when I was "too old" for toys!   :'(

Someday I'd like to buy one along with a Death Star Playset (never had one as a child).

Nice to see some of the foam intact but yes, it looks like it needs replacement being mushy over time. A nice score on the items.  8)

thanks guys. I got the toys this week and they're a great addition to the collection. unfortunately in a vain attempt to find a spot for Dagobah, my Battle Damaged X-Wing fell off its shelf and the top right wing broke!  :'( well now it gives me an excuse to upgrade it, get a box for it this time around...

Congrats on the Aussie Jawa.  Did you get Ryan to go down on his price?
