hmmm, I wonder what figures they include in that though.

I like the troopers better...  That Sith one could blow if it's really lame repacks.

Yeah, see a Ep1 Palpy / Ep2 Palpy / Ep3 Sidious would have made a lot more sense then the Maul - Dooku - Sidious pack they are doing...

Whoops--I missed the part of your post indicating these were actually coming. I thought it was just spec.

I already have at least two Mauls, and soon the ROTS Dooku. Not worth getting the 3-pack just for Sid, unless he's something special like the aforementioned Holo version.

For Palpatine, I'd do this:

EPISODE I Senator Palpatine
REVENGE OF THE SITH Emporer Palpatine #30 something
SAGA Emporer Palpatine
"You were entrusted to lead the Republic." - Vote for Ven Zallow from THE OLD REPUBLIC in figure polls!

Ohhh, I just had a kick ass trooper idea:

McQuarrie Concept Trooper
EU Space Trooper
EU Dark Trooper

How's that for a killer set?

No Clone - Stormie, but judging by the pic of Vader I can only imagine the coolness that could be an E2 & 3 Clone, and then a Stormie.

That Anakin looks very figure-licious.

EDIT:

BTW, at the same time, it takes balls the size of church bells to EVER re-release that Geonosis Arena Mace.  I mean, whatever guy at Hasbro said "Let's put this guy back into circulation!" must walk like John Wayne with the sack he's lugging around.

Yeah, from what we can see there, the Anakin to Vader "Evolutions" doesn't look too bad at all.  I'm with you Jesse...could you imagine if they did a SA AOTC Clone, SA ROTS Clone, and the VOTC Stormtrooper?  Wow, yeah, that would be easy to find ::).  Still, I'd have to have some of those.  I hope this assortment ends up being as cool as it could be.  I know when TPM first came out, when I was first starting collecting, I wanted to pick up the characters that made it through to the OT (Anakin, Obi-Wan, 3po/R2, Yoda, etc.) so that I could do something like this down the road and "line them up" together.  I guess Hasbro is doing that for us ;).

If that picture is true and this evolution pack gives us a really nice, nuetrally posed SA Ep2 Anakin and SA Ep3 Anakin?   :o

I'd be very happy with that.   ;D

AND, if that's the case with Anakin, then I say bring on a SA 3-pack of Obi-Wan with SA versions of Ep1, Ep2, and Ep3 Obi-Wan too!

The Anakin to Vader looks very promising.   I guess that AOTC version represents him at the battle of Geonosis.  Maybe it will have  a pillar with it?  He has the chain at least.

The armored Kenobi looks kind of bad actually.  But I will still get the set for him and CW Anakin.
