Starkid - yeah I've been really busy!

Brent - Sorry... I went to probably 10 sites last night searching for backgrounds.  I think this is the one that had that pic - http://www.planit3d.com/

Hmmm... I honestly don't know.  I haven't bookmarked any of them, I just look around once in a while, usually with a google search.

Here is a very, very easy custom.  A friend gave me the parts to do this and said he'd buy me a bonus SAGA2 Sandtrooper and a few other figures if I made something, so here's what I came up with.

SANDTROOPER COMMANDER

head - SAGA2 Sandtrooper
pauldron - SAGA2 Sandtrooper
body - Evolutions Clone
kama - Evolutions Clone

Very easy.  The only painting I did was smear some yellow brown paint on the plastic in some areas, then rub it off.  I kind of stained it, which seems to match Hasbro's weathering anyway on most figures lately.

So is it like before anh and after Rots, If so it will fit nicely, the weatehring matches up pretty well to the Sand troopers weathering, keep it up Justin.

Yep, before ANH, maybe 7-8 years prior to it I guess.

Nice blend of OT and PT parts.  I can definintely see him as a transitional figure.  You did a great job matching up the dirt weathering on the helmet.

I replied to him at RS, but I might as well put one in here.

Very cool transitional character, you matched the weathering perfectly.

Good idea on the paint smear. It does look very hasbro like. I also like the little tatoos on the legs.

Neat "transition" trooper -- the parts go together well!  That's quite an impressive polearm he has there, too.  An anti-bantha type weapon, perhaps?  :)
