Well...I like yours...The colors are regal-looking and very Joe Corroney-ish.

Mine's very plain, and I don't like autumn colors.

I think it's pretty funny they came out so close, though...

I don't know about you, but when I looked at Lott Dodd's hands, I immediately thought "Mon Calamari."  ;)

My first custom clone
Well, I didn't make the Green Clone yet...I started with the Blue. Here it is.

Getting the lines straight on this was a pain in the arse. I had to scrape and reapply several times. Still, it only took maybe an hour total to get right.

Famine like, Famine like indeed. Good job on keeping the lines straight. Did you try masking tape? I find that works alot.

Now shake a leg on that green one!

That looks fantastic man!  Very straight lines in the painting.  I can almost see him ready to shoot a Jedi in the back.   ;)

I should have laid a smoldering Ki Adi Mundi at his feet.   ;)

Darth, any speed on the green one? I don't think I saw the green one, so I'm waiting to see yours. :)

No green clone yet, Famine...I had a hectic work day today, followed by a going away party for one of our people...but I'll work on it tomorrow.

New Clone
Y'know, it's funny... originally Famine wanted me to do a Yellow Clone, and I did a Blue one. Now he requests a Green Clone, and after messing up on that one twice, I end up filling his original request.

Here, Famine my friend, is a Yellow Clone. I based this off of Commando Cody's armor from the visual dictionary, with a few liberties. I figure this can be one of the clones in his unit. Accordingly, I also gave this one some wear and tear.

For some reason the picture came out a lot smaller than I intended...hmm. Anyway,
whatta ya think?

Freakin' sweet! I like it alot! He looks as if he is ready to contact General Kenobi at a moments notice! I saw the green one, ala lego, in TRU in a diorama they have!

Very nice. :)

Wookiee Chieftan-Work in progress
Hey there, Jedi Defenders!

I'm currently trying to vary up my Wookiee army a bit...and as such, I threw together this guy.

The thing is, now that I've got him all together, I really have no idea what color scheme I want to use on him. So, I decided to seek the wisdom of my friends over here on Jedidefender!

Let me know what you think!

I'd like to see him very light, like...almost like a yellow lab!

I'll be damned - I finished up my Tarfful tonight.   :)

Anyways, Famine's color idea may be interesting... but I would make sure to have some sort of brown highlights in it.  I wouldn't go overly yellow with it, but some yellow might look cool.

One thought though - if this guy is a Chieftan - he is probably pretty tough.  I always think of the big tough Wookiees as being darker colored like Tarrful.

Great parts usage by the way - the Tarfful braids will make it really stand out.

Hey all,

Just finished my latest clone. This one was the biggest pain yet, a lot of line work that had to be straight.

Still, I'm happy with the finished product. What do you think?
