It's easy to learn, but difficult to master.

I was actually just introduced to this game a few weeks ago, at Christmas, by my uncle in-law.  He got several books of these things for Christmas, so I asked him what the hell they were, and he and my aunt explained them to me, and how they're apparently all the rage right now.

For those who have no clue about these, they're games of logic kind of like cross word puzzles, but with numbers.  I did a few of the beginner level ones and found them to be relatively easy, but I'm sure some of the tougher puzzles can be quite challenging...

No real interest in doing more of them at this point, but I suppose if I see 'em in the Sunday paper or something, I may fiddle around with them a little more.

I got into these several months ago, during the summer some time. I really enjoy them. I've got a little handheld elcetronic sudoku puzzle that has something like 100,000 different puzzles on it.

Some can be kinda tricky but I'm somewhat good at 'em, so they don't enrage me as much as they do some of my friends.

You betcha.  I discovered these a couple of months ago. .. noticed a table full of the books at Barnes and Noble and wondered what in the world it was all about.

A couple of Google hits when I got home and I found the same page you linked and got hooked.  Wifey got me a smallish book of the puzzles that has become a permanent bathroom resident now.

Yeah, BC... im a sudoku convert too.

I think my average is a win rate of about 80 % right now.

The ones I can't stand are the ones that I think are going great until I get to two to four squares and can't fill them in.. Those suck.

But, its a new addiction.

I got a book for Christmas and love it.  I work a few every day on break (or when tax laws give me a headache ;)).  I've heard about the hand held version but have yet to pick it up.

Do I sue Count Dooku? Why? What has he done to me? In fact he was one of the few redeeming qualities of the PT.

 ;)

Seriously, I haven't tried the game yet.

It's interesting.  You really have to watch where you put the numbers so as not to have duplicates...WOW...thanks for showing me this!!!!  I will have to see if I can get better at this...right now I am not going to time myself until I can figure it out completely.
