I picked up Radiohead's "Hail To The Thief" the other day.  As with the first listen of any Radiohead album, it's a difficult listen.  I think it'll grow on me as I get further into it.

You know, I downloaded the unmastered MP3s a few months ago, listened to them each a couple of times, wasn't that impressed.  Bought the CD on Tuesday, listened to it a couple of times in the car, wasn't that impressed.  But today, I gave it another spin in the computer, and really got into it.  Listened to it another 2 1/2 times.

Radiohead albums are historically difficult to get into at first, in my opinion.

I loved Kid A the first time I heard it...I must  have ben in the right mood or something because it was all just hypnotically awesome.  I can count on one hand though how many times I've listened to it since then.  I'll pick up Hail but probably once I get off my Pearl Jam binge

At the Oklahoma City show, if you listen real closely during the quiet parts of "The Long Road", you can hear me yell "ICE CREAM MAKER GUY!!!!".

Matt Redmond:  Where Angels fear to tread

He's a great worship song writer out of England.  I've got two of his albums and they are great.  He also writes songs for Delirious? and formerly Sonic Flood.  Check out his stuff if you like Christian music.

Last Non-christian CD I bought was Counting Crows: Hard Candy

A great album from a great band.  Any other Crow fans here??

How about the last one I burned?  I couldn't buy it, because my band isn't selling it yet, LOL!  And it isn't done yet, either.

I got Oasis - "Whats the Story.." on eBay for like $4.00 the other night. My GF said we should own it, and dammit, I agree b/c it's a killer album. "Roll With It" is one my all time favs. and they are/were great in their prime, before the all bickering.
