Soft Drinks - What's Your Pleasure?

I recently started drinking Coke Zero, and I love it. It tastes pretty much the same as my beloved Coca-Cola Classic, but very little calories. (And no sugar too)



Coke Zero rules.

It's the other way around - very little sugar and no calories.  I lost ten pounds just by switching from Classic to Zero (and it still works with booze, which is very important).

I'd actually switched from Coke Classic to Diet Pepsi (blasphemous, I know) because Diet Coke is too aspartamey tasting.  I went back to Coke Zero when it came out and Mikey's right, rum and diet don't work well; rum and Zero is just dandy. 

Did you 'Mericans switch from the white Coke Zero can to the black can recently?  Much more aggressive

My favorite soft drink of all time is IBC Black Cherry Cola. Greatest drink ever made.

Brent -- we now have the less whimpy black label Coke Zero.  It tastes equally good in rum and Jack Daniels.  Using Coke Zero as a mixer could save you time and money.

Mixing alcohol with diet soda will cut down on calories. But it could also make you more drunk faster.

Huh, I guess that's why I got **** faced at my company's Christmas party.  I'm sure it had nothing to do with drinking six Absolut and diets in the span of two hours (after drinking beer for the previous 3) and everything to do with using diet Coke.

Brent, I think Zero went to black cans around Christmas time around here.

Thanks.  I think the color transition started around the same time in the big city I live in, but out here in the boonies I was able to buy a (presumably six month old) white labeled Coke Zero last week.

I am not a soda drinker but really enjoy coconut rum in vanilla coke. I love coke black and assume a nice vanilla liquer of sorts would owrk well too.

I can't even get my favorite soda anymore.  RC Draft was probably the best soda that I've ever had, and I haven't seen it in stores in ages.

Coke to Diet Pepsi??  Wow.  That's like switching to a whole new postal zip code.  I was a hard core Coke drinker for many years and had to adjust to Diet Coke to mix with my whiskey mixers the past few years.  I must say though that Coke Zero tastes fine, but it seems to interfere with the intoxification part on my end for some reason.

I am still lovin coke blak and vanilla coke. I am waiting for them to combine the 2. On a side note vanilla coke with the new malibu banana is awesome.

Coke. I never have any at home so when ever I am at a party its all I have..considering I don't drink alcohol. And as wierd as it is EVERYTIME I have had a diet coke to drink I have thrown up

I love Vanilla Coke Zero.  Particularly with rum.
