There is no agenda here. Anyone who knows DLR knows that he's the outgoing selfless sort of dude that should be fan club president. When it was suggested to him he ran with it. He flew down to Dallas strictly in an attemt to get more votes.

As for the site sponsors, I know some of you think we're making money hand over fist, but trust me, what money is made by the sponsoships goes right back to the monthly bills to run this site and TFN... These site's aren't cheap.

I really cannot believe how they don't see themselves as being arrongant pricks about this whole thing.  I'd also like to point out that outside of the 411 reports earlier this year, I don't think RS breaks much news. 

My other favorite thing about this is they have no clue how lucky they are to even have their glorious forums.  Sullenger must be kicking himself each and every day over that one

I'm also quite certain that most/all of the RS staffers are e-mailing the pertinent SW.com people, and anyone else they know who could potentially pull some strings for them (like Sansweet, perhaps), and shoving the biggest smear campaign about uscwannabe at anyone important who will listen, just so they'll pass the title, and all the power that Phillip plans to use with it, along to Dustin for his distant second place finish.

I think everyone should start e-mailing SW.com and telling them that they voted for uscwannabe, since that was a vote AGAINST Dustin, Phillip, Myatt and RS, since they are the last people who should be in charge of the Fan Club.  For them to suggest otherwise is completely preposterous.  They're egos are so over-inflated that they don't have the slightest clue that half the collecting community honestly hates the **** out of them, and knows them for what they are: Greedy, egotistical, powerhungry jerks, who will tell anyone and everyone who says something "not nice" to them to "Get a life and move on", or "I'm God, so deal with it".  Classic RS quotes, if ever there were some.  It's the predominating theme over there with those guys.  It's sad that they don't even realize it, and likely never will...

Despite uscwannabe's 100+ point insurmountable lead, I'm still very much dreading the results of this thing, with the bull**** influence that I'm sure Wise is throwing around every which way right now.  He's not use to not getting what he wants, so there would be no greater joy to many people in the collecting community if SW.com and the Fan Club Presidency told Dustin and Phillip to "Get a life, and move along", and stop your incessant bitching and whining, you stupid little cry-babies!

I can't believe some of the stuff that is being said over at Scum over this stupid contest.  People complianing that USC bought the vote lets see who was it that went to Dallas with merchdise to give away to get people to vote for him... Dustin, not USC.  Until we actually see and hear from USC we won't know how he won the vote maybe he is popular at school or something and had his classmates vote for him.  I'm just glad Dustin/RS lost this contest to someone who it seems no one knows anything about. 
I doubt the contest would be fixed so that no one wins like some people are saying with USC being someone at LFL and in turn I doubt LFL would change the outcome because RS had a Temper Tantrums about losing.

I think people should e-mail the folks in charge of this contest a link to the Dustin for President thread at RS, so they can see not only what dicks the RS staff are being about it, but how it has divided the SW fan community, not to mention how much people detest Hyperwaste.   Maybe then we won't have to sit through this crap again next year.

I notice news posts here and on Yodasnews.com before RS.com posts it.  GH.com used to be fast too but they've been behind the ball on breaking news.

And how often does RS post news that's already broken overseas on that German site (4-inches I think the name is)?  They are definitely not the first to break news all the time.

RS is pretty worthless as a whole, for me. The lame ass google ads were pretty much the final straw, I think - god only knows what kind of spyware and **** Phil has rigged on that page.

GalacticHunter was fast and hopping in the early days, but for a long while its been dead. All the front page seems to be good for anymore is "Figure of the Day" "specials" to appear active. Frankly, I prefer no news, than that awful, lame filler. I really like the folks that make up their community, though... they've totally got that going for them.

Oh, you know they wouldn't just be calling the upper management on this one... I bet those sorry asses are calling every single extension under SW.com, from the foreign-operated customer service and help hotline to the ******* downstairs laundry room, if SW.com HQ had such a thing.

It's two days after the poles have closed and a winner has not ben announced. Makes me think the whole "RS is putting up a fuss" thing might actually be reality.

This delay in announcing the results seems kind of fuuny. Isn't like there are issues with hanging chads. Even with USCwannabe's lead it wouldn't surprise me in the least if  there is some kind of political "Hail Mary" to give DR the win.
