Here's how C-3PO should be done:

Unfortunately that Obi looks a lot like the Epic Force Obi.

The Epic Force Obi-Wan didn't have his robes on, did he?

Any news on ROTS Themed Unleashed? What I wouldn't give for an Unleashed Darth Vader (Anakin, minus suit) with an interconnectijng Obi-Wan on Mustafar, dueling. *drool*

I haven't heard anything yet but I'm thinking "Grievous" will be one for sure.  I am right there with you on the Anakin one - sounds awesome if they made it that way.

A near dead Anakin would be cool -

I'm sure we'll see a Grievous -

Maybe a Tarful?  Or Palpatine w/ lightsaber?

An Anakin coming out of the Lava would be a must buy.

Wow, I'm glad to see my ramblings inspired some convorsation.  :D

I got to thinking about possible, ya know, Unleashed items. Unleashed Royal Guard? Unleashed Young Boba Fett? Will he have any action in this flick?

Wow, September 9th, I guess the ole Unleashed thread has been dead for awhile.  Speaking of which, when is the Stormtrooper/IG-88/Aurra wave supposed to hit, any day now I would think.  Anyways, I was just browsing here this afternoon and noticed that TowerRecords.com has the Tusken and Bossk Unleashed figures on sale for $9.99.  I know they aren't exactly tough to find, but the price is decent, depending on shipping.  I don't know what shipping would be, but if you were ordering there for something else it might be a little bit of a deal for anyone still wanting to pick these figures up.  If interested, they should be found on this page.

Wow, it has been quite a while Brian!  Guess Unleashed has been a little boring of late, with nothing new except a few re-packs.

But yeah, anxious to see the Stormtrooper, Aurra, and IG-88 arrive!  Those will definitely breath some life back into things.  All look to be very nice...  They'll probably be the last of the OT Unleashed, I'd guess, with ROTS right around the corner, which will probably account for at least a couple waves unto itself.

Our Tower Records across the street has those same Unleashed figures you just mentioned, but I don't think they're on sale though.  I'll have to swing by and scope it out - not that I need them though...

SPOILERS I guess, since this is discussing a possible ROTS figure, although this really doesn't include anything I would consider spoilertastic....but it is ROTS, so take that for what you will.

Some pics up over at Galactic Hunter of the prototype for the ROTS Anakin Unleashed figure.  Looks kind of cool.  I'm really considering expanding into PT figures with this line, at least some of them.  I thought I read somewhere at one time that this figure would/could combine with an ROTS Obi-Wan Unleashed.  That would be a pretty cool display.  If interested, there are several pics of the prototype at the link above.

I maintain that the PT Unleashed figures are some of the best out there.  Dooku and Windu are wonderful pieces.  I very much like the Anakin and Obi as well.  Aayla and the clone are probably the weakest of the bunch, IMO.  Yoda is, um, ok, I guess.

I like them all.  Even Mr. OT only MacDaddy has a Padme, but I think that's only for her perky nipples.

I agree Brent, Dooku and Mace are both kick butt and two of my favorites.
