hey guys I'm planning on creating a Kit Fisto clone wars SA. And I was wondering is there a GI joe that is bare chested?, I dont want to boil and pop my only underwater kit.

Tee shirt is easily sanded down on the DTC Major Barrage (this is probably your best bet):



An old 1993 Blanka might work:


You may be able to fix up Dhalsim:

Any of In Rem's suggestions would work...personally, I made my bare chested Darth Sion from Major Barrage...you might also be able to find an old GI Joe "Road Pig" body, but Kit would be AWFULLY buff.  ;D

There is also Dr. Link Talbot. Hes got shoulder pads but they are easily sanded down, and most importantly he is available in a 4 pack at most Big Lots for under 5 bucks.

I can only find the 2 pack on Yo joe.com and he has a shirt
