Thanx for the feedback. Yeah, the air bubble was in my original AOTC lego head cast. I wanted to fix it when I started casting my team, but it looked so damn cool, that I left it in there. Now all of my (future) commando team members will have the "damaged" look.

I'm curious, are these Lego helmets cast already hollowed out or do you hollow them after casting?

If they are hollow in the mold, where are you putting you sprew whole on the helmet?

Thanks!!

I made a mold with a lego head in it. So the figs head is full. The helmet is no longer remvable. I make a sprew hole on top of his helmet and sand it down after casting it.

That Boss custom is awesome, and I'm just blown away that you're actually casting custom lego helmets! The Cody is a great implementation of, what I think was, a visor from the arctic lego line. The torso details are great! They truly look factory. Are they labels you printed out yourself? I love it all!

Yeah, the visor for the cody is a modded ice planet visor. The lables I've printed out myself. But I found someone who can make me even more professional lookin decals. Hope to get some soon.

Those are some really cool lego customs.  You did a job on both the helmets and the body labels

Those Mandalorians look incredible!  Whoa!

The paint apps are amazing.  Nice work as usual.

I really like the way the Lego clones came out.  They look factory.
The scariest thing that I've ever seen,
Is the terrible AT-AT walking machine.
It's as big as a house on walking legs,
and whatever it steps on it crushes like eggs.
