Well, I thought that I would give some custom clones a try finally. I'm amazed that I've come this far without attempting any. I neededd some specialty clones for my Republic Intelligence photonovel (Chapter 1, Chapter 2)
This first clone will be either an infiltration specialist or be used as a Null Arc. I wanted the armor to have a less bulky and more sleeker look to it.

Recipe
Head: Modified ROTS clone trooper with portion of the AOTC clone pilot helmet from the Evolutions line
Torso: AT-RT driver
Arms: AT-RT driver, with one of the hands replaced with ROTS clone trooper hand
Upper Legs: AT-RT
Lower Legs: ROTS clone trooper

The second clone is a heavier armored clone that is used as a shocktrooper in urban environments. (Need a better name then Urban Shocktrooper) As I was working on this clone I recalled a gundam model I had 4 or 5 years ago from 8th MS Team, called EZ-8. I loved the color scheme of that mech and it's role in the series, and thought that it would work well with this clone. Needless to say I will be making a few more in this scheme as I am very happy with the outcome! (Need to redo the blue on the armor as the paint looks a tad bumpy right in the front)

A group shot and some action shots!

great work GGPiKE.

null arc- the color scheme is awsome on this clone, the brown and red go great together. the modified helmet looks good also, it has a specialty pilot look to it. mabey add a bit of weathering, but otherwise great custom.

urban shocktrooper - i like this one most. it is simple and generic looking as a trooper should be, but also looks tough and geared up. the attatchment and antenna on the visor looks awsome and the paint scheme is unique. i definetley would put this trooper in my army, great work....

The Null ARC is my favorite of the two... Love the blue visor. The Red looks really great, reminds me of the SOTE Coruscant Guardsmen. The Urban Trooper is nice also, nice attachment on his right shoulderpad. Great work GG.

It's almost as if those clones woke up one day and decided, "Lets get sexy."

And they did.

The color scheme on the Null ARC is great, but that Urban Shocktrooper is one of the best clone customs I've ever seen! Excellent job!

Those are easily some of the best Clones I've seen anyone make.

The Null ARC has a great sleek look to him and is not overdone at all.  Plus the way you shaded the red is just awesome.  Gotta say this figure is pretty much perfect.  Great assemly of parts too, it looks factory made.

The Urban Shocktrooper is outstanding as well, perhaps the only thing I'd do is remove the blue markings, I just don't think he needs them.  All in all outstanding as always.

 :)

GGPiKE, excellent work.  I really like the Null Arc as well as the Urban Shocktrooper.  While the Arc is really great, I like the paint scheme, I'm really impressed with your work on the Shocktrooper, with the minimalist changes and paint.

It definately looks like something that could have been a concept art for the movies (which oftentimes, I think, looks better than what was actually used).

Again, keep up the good work.

Wow . . I love you all! Just for that, I have provided a photo that delves into the side of clones we rarely see. Please don't let this change your opinions of clones though. They are serious and work very hard at what they do.

HA!  ;D ... yeah,  they work the pole like no one else could!  :-X

Funniest PhotoShop involving a clone ever! (BTW, nice work on the lighting - or faking the lighting, which ever it was   :))

Considering some jokes my girlfriend has made about my clonetrooper figures, she will definitely get a kick out of that picture! hehe

Those clones are awesome! I always wondered what customs could come from the AT-RT body. Now I know...really great ones! I love the addons on the Urban Shocktrooper. Did you sculpt those additions?

No I didn't sculpt those additions. I used WAVE detail kits
Sensor Set 1
Sensor Set 2
Looks like their backordered, but hopefully they'll get some more in as I'd like to pick up a few more.

And I hope she enjoys the picture! I had fun making it!

That is just wrong. So wrong.  ;)

Excellent paint job on the ATRT driver. The pilot helmet was a good choice here and I like the play between red and darker red/black on the armor. Very nicely done.
