Anyone thinking of getting the Maul statue?  There's a guy on the rebelscum forums saying he can sell them for $130 shipped if he gets enough people to order.  http://www.wantedheroes.com/ is his site and here's the link to MAUL: http://www.wantedheroes.com/maul.htm -- it's listed for $155 now, but if he gets 6 people or more he'll drop it down to $130 and refund everyone the difference.  Sounds sketchy, but people claim they have ordered stuff from him in the past and it's worked out great.  Anyone heard of this guy before?    Here's the thread on rebelscum:

Also -- anyone know the cheapest place to find the Vader statue?  Ebay the best bet?

Definitely nice looking, and I know a lot of folks who have been anxiously awaiting this piece.  Not sure about that pose though, with the couple fingers oddly extended like that.  Did he ever strike that pose in ESB?  Don't recall him doing so.  Probably just GG taking some artistic liberties.  Cool nonetheless...

I'm not gonna mess with these statues though, as I just don't have the room for them, nor the wife's patience/support to delve into another subline like this.  Bummer, as I'd love to have some of these beautiful statues!

That's a very cool looking pose.  Reminds me of the Marmit Boba Fett.

I think the two fingers extended mean "bring it on!".   ;)

Must ... resist ..........................
The problem with America is stupidity I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself

I'd love to get this too, but after buying (and then selling) the Vader release (because of space issues) I think I'm going to have to pass... :'(

Very nice though.  Very nice.

Check out Slave1's pics of the Scout Trooper on Speeder Bike statue (click on pic):

The pics are great, but I still would have preferred this statue to have the Scout Trooper riding the bike as if he was in the middle of the chase scene.

I've got a buddy who's just getting into the toy business (with a wholesaler's license and all that jazz), and he may be able to offer some pretty good prices on this piece for JD'ers.  So if anyone's interested, drop me a line, and I'll talk to him about it some more and get a few pricing details from him.

Wow!  Wonder why they would have basically two life Yoda statues come out in the same year?

What was the other?

And I thought it was pretty funny, reading the description of this statue, it says "Stands 6 inches tall" and then they show the picture of the small girl sitting on the floor next to it. I said, wow, that's a tiny kid  ;D

This is from Comic Con this year.

It would cost around $1000 delivered.

Fixed I think.
