I actually think the POTF2 Endor trooper is a decent figure. Granted, the lack of articulation is distracting, but in and of it self, it's good for action poses. On paper, I'm glad we're getting this one with a new head sculpt, but I'll wait for final judgement when he's standing next to the other 5 troopers.

I'm glad this guy in Hong Kong is selling the Biker Scout and the Blue Clone, but I hope he would also provide the Sandtrooper, Endor Trooper, At-RT Driver and the Red R2 unit.

I thought it was just a DSG head.  Guess I was wrong.  Thanks for the pics.

Which action pose is that?  He can't fire his rifle (with 2 hands), can't run, squat, or anything.

I actually thought the opposite, useless for action poses and only good for standing around.

Yes it is the same neck post as the VTSC one, as far as I can tell.

I agree. Oh and I'm a little late but I saw my first tin @ TRU yesterday.
It was a lone Ep. III one. I caved in and bought it just because it was the first one i'd seen.  ::)

If you extend gun arm into firing position and turn the head to look down the barrel, it's exceptable (in my book.) I've also re-alighned the arms useing boiled water to have one of these guys hold the weapon with both hands, which actually looks real good. This figure is definately not an army builder, but one or two should be okay.

Yeah maybe 1 or 2, but my only beef with calling that an action pose is that nobody can pick up a long rifle with one hand, extend their arm fully, and fire it perched at the end of a fully extended arm.  Rifles are fired with 2 hands.  The figure actually looks better with a DL-44 pistol in the hand instead.

In the future (or in the distant futuristic past in this case,) everyone can pick up a long rifle with one hand, extend their arm fully, and fire it perched at the end of a fully extended arm.  ;)

I agree 100% about the blaster pistol.

I wish I would of gotten one of those Blue Clones now. Some guy bought 26 of them.  :-\

Holy ****.  $400 into 26 clone figures that are sparse among the clone ranks.  I think he is present in about a 1:18 ratio to a plain clone grunt.

Even the fiercest army builders among us don't need more than a few of him.

Makes no sense to me.

Wow! 26. That's hard core. I'd rather buy 26 blue ones from the EE packs.

I guess what I'm saying is that with a 1:18 ratio of blue striped lieutenants to white grunts, unless you have a 468 man EII clone army, buying 26 of them doesn't make sense.

Other scenarios could possibly entail trying to resell them, but at $15 a pop that's unlikely, or buying them in a bunch to give to other people.

I just think that lack of attention to the officers numbers among the grunts is the culprit here.
