That thing looks kind of like Michael Myers in a hockey sweater. No thanks.   :o

Actually it reminds me of a horror movie when you see someone swimming underwater in a lake and they are suprised by the mummified remains of a drown victim. It's even got the pose down packed. Maybe i'll get this and make a "what if Orr fell through the ice at the lake" diorama...

It's about time they did a 2nd edition of Wade ... seeing that LeBron and Carmelo each have at least 3 editions.  And this one seems to actually look like him somewhat.

That looks like Gary Payton.  They still ****** it up.  Iverson too.

Arenas and Paul though have a very good likeness.

If you look at the picture of Artest, the likeness is dead on.  The figure on the pegs however regressed tremendously to not even resemble Artest.

So, we wait.

Yup, that's Allen Iverson alright.  How he'd look at age 55 in a Nuggets uniform anyhow.

Notice the "heavy eyelids" and more pronounced and full nose/mouth area of Wade:

Now, observe Gary Payton, a skinnier face, eyes more like the McFarlane figure:

Also, the build is much more like Gary Payton.  Wade is much more muscular, and bigger, than this sculptor credited him with.

Now, I beg the question, who the **** is this?

It's not perfect, but it looks much more like him than the first one did.  The side view is passable.  The front view ... not so much.

Has anyone picked up the Hocky Rink yet?

Depending upon how well that set up looks like it would be cool if McFarlane did a 1/2 court basketball set up. The best part would be to leave 2 sections in the middle @ center court missing. Then sell inserts so a person could set up a team court of their favorite teams and make the home court. You have to buy the equivilant of 4 pieces to have the full logo.

They could do the same with Football. They could also offer endzone sections as well.
I have been told to go to hell; well at least I will know everyone there!

As if we don't have enough Elways still warming the pegs to this day.  I also can't say that I agree with the Bo Jackson selection.  I don't think he was that great, and he probably should have stuck with one sport.

I definitely think there was potential for some other great players to go with.  Obviously McFarlane would have to negotiate the individual deals with all of these guys, but I think it's doable with football players much more than with baseball players.  Now if I was going to try doing a QB and running back, I would probably try going with these guys over Elway and Bo Jackson:

QUARTERBACK
-Bart Starr - Green Bay Packers
-Ken "Snake" Stabler - Oakland Raiders
-Terry Bradshaw - Pittsburgh Steelers
-Joe Namath - NY Jets
-Fran Tarkenton - Minnesota Vikings/NY Giants

RUNNING BACK
-Eric Dickerson - Rams/Colts
-Marcus Allen - Raiders/Chiefs
-Tony Dorsett - Dallas Cowboys
-Gale Sayers - Chicago Bears
and now to go really old school!
-Jim Thorpe - NY Giants/Chicago Cardinals
-Bronko Nagurski - Chicago Bears

No Terry Bradshaw? And another John Elway? ********.

John Elway has to be made because it's in his contract with TMP.

The only one I'll get is Bo.

Surreal.  Legends hockey 4 is showing up in the US before it comes to Canadian retail.  Nice work ::)
