Personally I'm a little surprised that the news of the NFL team 3-packs has just slipped in under the radar.  I really like the idea, and the player selections are pretty cool.

Did they blow their load on the first series?

I look at this series and it doesn't hold the same appeal for me as Series 1 did.  There are some seriously amazing players in that lineup, but I don't see these selling well at all.  I hope I'm wrong, but I think it's a little too loaded up with guys even I consider to be old.

MLB15 hit here today and I managed to score a grey Santana out of the bunch 8)  Three cases, one chase figure.

Nice pick up, though I prefer the white one myself.  Still no sign of these around here but I haven't really been looking.

Yeah, the white looks better and I prefer "Twins" on the jersey and the TC logo on the cap as well.  But I'm still suffering from McFarlanism - the need to acquire variants/chase pieces.   ::)

Nice Brent.

What amazes me is only 2 chases in this line.  That's just downright insulting.

Miguel Cabrera looks like Scott Rolen in a Marlins uniform with a tan.  Bad job on that one.

The only one I really like in this wave is Johan Santana.

The next wave is going to be much better.

Every so often I get really nice swings of luck.  Then it goes away again.  I haven't had this good fortune since NBA legends one where I found every chase except Chamberlain and found multiple Erving.

2 chases huh? I remember how easy it was to score chases in the NFL 6 lineup...Alot of collectors complained that it was too much and the lines were getting overproduced. Now I'm lucky if I see any chases/variants around these parts.

The last chase I bought in a store was the "Double Star" Roy Williams. That was when hardly anybody realized the chase figure was on the back of the package. I had to laugh that the "Double Star" chase figure was bypassed by a collector who bought 3 of the "white" jersey Roy Williams in front of me. He turned around and said that he left one left of the "white jersey" williams on the shelf if I wanted one...

Collector's Edition Roger Clemens coming out this fall.  There will be an Astros and Yankee version, the Yankee one being a collector's club exclusive so obviously it'll be the more desired of the 2.  I'm gonna try for both since he's one of my all-time favs.
