Climbed a mountain & never came back. I will not quit & I always fight back
From this moment for all my life. What could I say? Was born to be this way. And what could I say?  Just livin' for today

I've never walked out of a movie--I only see like ten movies a year in the theater so I pick my battles. I did sleep through like half of Mission Impossible 3, but a friend had dragged us to see it and was paying for my ticket so I didn't feel so bad. :P

I've never walked out of a movie, but I've turned a few off while watching them at home... Napoleon Dynamite was the last one that comes to mind... I got about 45 minutes in without laughing once.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Rob. I have never understood the fascination with Napoleon Dynamite. I, however, didn't have the option to turn it off, but instead had to leave the room after 30 or so minutes. I opted to watch paint dry instead.

I've never walked out of a theater, but would have if I could during the inane Drew Barrymore vehicle Driving in Cars with Boys. Ugh, that was awful. I should've totally known what to expect (and I probably did), but my girlfriend at the time really wanted to see it, and...well, you gotta do what you gotta do.

As for rentals, I've slept through too many to count. The last ones to put me to sleep were Synecdoche, New York and The Dark Knight. At least I'm consistent, since I snoozed during Batman Begins, too.

Dodgeball.  Last comedy I've ever seen at a theatre.

I loved Dodgeball.   I'm sure that says something about me though.

My wife and I walked out of The Green Mile.  However, it was only because she had caught a flu bug and was about to toss her cookies (or was it popcorn).  We ended up having to wait until it come out on DVD to actually see the whole movie (and we enjoyed it much better than time!)

I think that was a period of time where I was just Ben Stiller(ed) out.  I do own it on DVD, but I've never found the time to try and re-watch it and probably never will.   :-\

Then why do you own it on DVD?

OCD.  I've watched maybe 900 of the 1700 movies I have on DVD.  Crazy...

I'm very similar.  I've bought dozens of movies over the years that I still haven't seen.

I walked out of Hart's War when it was in theatres... a friend and I went thinking it would be something like Saving Private Ryan, boy were we wrong.  We lasted about an hour, then left and went to a bar.

I saw it later on TV, it's not a terrible movie but if you go into it expecting a lot of action then you might not enjoy it as much.

Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince - in IMAX/3-D.  The IMAX/3-D experience was too loud and overwhelming for my son - we barely made it through the opening credits before we had to leave.  Saw some great previews in 3-D though.........

Yeah, I think the only movie I ever saw (part of) that was worse would be "It's Pat."

Half the theater walked out of Inglorious Basterds last night. I contemplated it during that bar scene but I'm really glad I stayed.

Wow - I liked Inglorious Basterds.  What about the bar scene almost made you leave?
