The figure list is spiffy...  I'm not a big Padme fan (I don't need all her outfits) but the S&M bondage digs are probably the best choice to visit her again other than one of her action outfits.

Padme in bondage digs, seems like an action outfit to me  ;D

And what the hell is with Hasbro and they're hard on for R2, my oh my I love the lil' driod as much as the next guy but geez Hasbro enough already.  One would think he was an army builder or something.

The assumption right now is that Force Unleashed is the working title of the big new SW Video Game that is coming this Fall... the game is the one that SW.com has been teasing with their Secrets of Star Wars 07 posts they had on the site in fall/winter 06.

The current rumor is that much like Shadows of the Empire, we're going to get a huge media push to support the Video Game.  We'll see things like a comic series from Dark Horse, a book or two, and then the line of figures based on the game that you see here.

Rorron Kobb- Sweet! Hopefully he's SA unlike his pal Foul!
Yoda- Yoda's small enough that alone he's only worth $5 bucks with a Kybuckit's IMHO worth $10, 3 dollars off is cool!
Han w/ Torture Rack- Cool, even if he's a TSC or POTJ re-pack (I don't think his jacket was on in this scene) it's worth it.
Smuggler Lando- Finally!  I'm happy with this!
4-Lom- If he's new, yes. If he's are-hash with parts from diety 3PO, New head & CZ-3 yes, if not no.
Ewok 2-Pack- Yes, unless they're re-hashes of ewok besides Chirpa
Spirit Anakin- Yeah, hopefully there'll be a variation or swapable heads
Tycho- I sort of hoped for a generic A-Wing pilot with variation, ala TSC Rebel.
R2-D2 w/ Cargo Net-  ??? Hopefully a non-fire stain G9 re-paint.
Padme- *Homer Simpsons drool* Yes! A new Padme, more hope for an SA arena versionin '08.
Jango Fett w/Poncho- Only if SA.
Jedi Wolfman- Yep.
Droideka w/Shield- :o FINALLY!

Is the Bespin Han with torture rack going to be a deluxe fig?  I thought Hasbro said that no Bespin themed waves would be part of the collection?

I'm pumped on the A-Winger (Thanks Mike for clarifying who he is in the film).  Long overdue are B and A-Wing pilots in this line.

I guess I missed it before (and apologies if I missed someone else bringing it up), but it looks like in addition to the 8 McQuarrie figures, we might be getting McQuarrie himself?

Here are the 8 official McQuarrie Concept Figures:

1824 SW BASIC FIG MCQUARRIE SERIES BOBA FETT 6-53569-20153-3
1833 SW BASIC FIG MCQUARRIE SERIES CHEWBACCA 6-53569-20599-9
1839 SW BASIC FIGURE MCQUARRIE SERIES VADER 6-53569-20662-0
1841 SW BSC FIG MCQUARRIE STORMTROOPER 6-53569-21497-7
1847 SW BASIC FIG MCQUARRIE SERIES #5 LUKE 6-53569-21856-2
1849 SW BSC FIG MCQUARRIE SERIES #6 SNWTRPR 6-53569-24954-2
1854 SW BSC FIG MCQUARRIE SERIES #7 HAN SOLO 6-53569-25695-3
1860 SW 3.75 BSC FIG MCQUARRIE #8 REBEL SLDR 6-53569-25705-9

And then, there is this one:

1852 SW 3.75 BSC FIG REBEL TROOPER MCQUARRIE 6-53569-24957-3

It doesn't seem to fit in with the others since it is a separate listing from the McQuarrie #8 Rebel Soldier.  Maybe, just maybe we're getting McQuarrie himself from his Echo Base cameo?

I suppose it could just be Derlin with a new head, but that would be a pretty spiffy tribute if it's true...

I'd be cool with getting a McQuarrie figure...  Seems fitting given his book this year and all the McFigures.  Derlin was a pretty sparse figure though so I hope they dress it up a little for $7.  :-\

Now that's an interesting find Jeff.  I'm not sure I even knew he made a cameo appearance (or if I did, it's way back in my rusty head ;)).

If Hasbro really does make a Ghost Jedi Spirit of Anakin Skywalker action figure, I really hope that it's in the form of Hayden Christensen

I'm hoping it has 2 heads honestly...  I'd hate to hear the great debate and any anger/rage at the figure not being what people want...  That was suggested to Hasbro in a Q&A by the way, and they said it was "interesting".  Makes me wonder if they were just hinting at what they already knew or if they were shocked at the friggin' concept.

The body wouldn't need to change really, just needs 2 different heads is all...  Spirit of figures are so dull I really hope they don't milk this by leaving the option to do the "other" Anakin then.

I see no one's wondered what the Trade Federation Droid with Anakin could be in the Comic 2-Pack.

I think it's,

The Pollux Assassin Droid from The Battle of Jabiim comic.

Well, if we get a Hoth McQuarrie, as in the above picture, I want Joe Johnston too.  He's the guy in the middle who is facing the other soldier.  McQuarrie's excellent, but Johnston HAND PAINTED the Boba Fett costume.  The guy's a genius!

I guess I could handle that since the Christensen character wouldn't be my first choice.
