A few decent repaints/swaps
Here's a few repaints that turned out quite well:

Snooklawa the wookiee  He's big, he's bad, and..... old  This guy turned out pretty well I think. I tried to make him a 'silverback.'

Next up is a fairly easy swap of the ROTS pilot Kenobi, and the battlepack head, hands and boots, along with ROTS Agen Kolar legs:

A beat-up protocol droid, C2-KO is a multi-layered repaint of the OTC/HOF rerelease:

Finally, Grievous's guards, who were somewhat patterned off those in the ROTS sketchbook.  My brother did the one on the left with the blastshots marks, and I did the slashed one.

Here's a smuggler based off of a GIJOE Scarlett.  I added the cloth skirt because I wanted to keep the hip joint look of GI Joes apart from the Star Wars look, and Adi Gallia arms. Let me know what you think. 8)

Nice work JB,  the wookie is fantastic.
Great parts use on the others and nice paint on the guards, but the wookie
looks alive.

Here's a nice custom using the POTC Elizabeth Swann figure as a base.  I used VOTC Han Solo arms, endor trooper helmet, belt and vest - cut down, repainted Aayla Secura face and Eeth Koth hair.   8)

Another great figure JB. I really like this one. If i didnt think they would make her as soon as i finihed, i would have made her a long time ago.
Great use of homestead padme.

Freezia Brandosha: Clone Wars padawan
The Clone Wars have stressed the Jedi Order, spreading their lines thin across the galaxy.  Unfortunately, Padawan learners are often forced into service, apart from their masters, to lead battalions of clonetrropers.

Though strong in the force, Freezia has been equipped with clone armour, and a Republic rebreather for the toxic atmosphere of the Swaddle forests on the moon of Norcron.

Here's the pics:

Thanks Glassman...

You're correct on the Ayya Vida body.  Though I cut down her hip joint, to make her not be quite so wide-stanced.  Because of this, the back, or rather her backend looked a a little wierd, so I "installed" an Aayla Secura backend.    ::)

For the silver plating I used aluminum tape, cut in very small and specific pieces to fit over the contour of the body, and to look like panels.  I finally used silver paint to give it a bit of a wash, and to fill in at the joints.

Thanks again!

EDIT:  One thing i forgot to mention was the use of Aayla Secura feet.  Easy to put in, just boil and pop, and very carefully drill some holes in Ayy Vida's ankles.  For her head, it's an Adi Gallia head, with face kinda shaved off, and her head dress trimmed off.

Great use of homestead padme.

Actually need to correct you on this one - it's not the homestead Padme.

Her head is the ROTS version, with the headband added in, and repainted her makeup, eyeshadow, etc.

The upper torso is from a POTJ slave Leia.

The skirt is a ROTS emperor skirt thing, dremeled and shaped WAY down, and then wrapped in 3 different layers of lace, which I then sealed with super glue to get the black and white pattern of her dress.

Finally, the torso cover is the knee pad from some wrestling figure I ran across, and a piece of ribbon for the, er, ribbon coming down from her neck.

Here's a little something I came up with after seeing sketches for Alderann Civilians from the ROTS sketchbook.  I thought, what would Leia have looked like growing up, before her senatorial start?  Here's what I came up with:
