Spanky is actually a pretty reputable Kubrick dealer, I haven't personally bought anything from them but I know others have (like Padawan)

Spanky rocks.  However their prices are getting a little higher, but I think the SRP price for Kubrick's has went up recently.  Sucks, but I still love them.

20. Will we ever get sentinels (like more that one in a set, like a 4 box set of them)

DST: Not in scale - we can't go over 2 1/2 "

So what license stops AA from making 3" Marvel figures?

I'm liking these Maschinen Krieger (SF3D) Kubricks.

This is only series 1 & series 2 is to be released this month. I have the model kits of these figures & ships & they rock. Check out some of the kits in this hobby shop link.

Those are pretty cool Dale!  Reminds me of Robotech sort of, are they boxed or a boxed set?

They come boxed & you can find a set on eBay. Heres a completed auction.

Ma.K. Kubrick / kaws unkle stash futura bape safs sf3d

By the looks of it, the heads are removable so the what I call, the toilet lids can close.

I'm going to have to get a set of these.  ;) HLJ have them too, series 1 is sold per small box & series 2 is by the case of 30. A case will run you about $215. US. Best to find a set.

So, how many of you have decided to collect the upcoming (or current, with Sauron) Lord of the Rings minimates?  They do look kind of neat, and the minifigs are nice because they are (sometimes) cheaper, and easier to have a nice display of them without taking an entire wall up :).  These are supposed to be hitting in the next month or two, right?  I'm still on the fence about them (and working on convincing my better half that we need more than Star Wars in the house :P), are any of you planning on these?

I think I may pass, though we'll see what distribution is like up here in Canada.  If I can pick them up for a reasonable fee and with good distribution, I will.

I commented earlier on how frustrating these were early on.  We received basic waves of Marvel MM, but never a chase could I find.  One day in Grand Forks and I found two, one on clearance ::)  Even then, we have yet to see new waves, only restocks of old waves showing up.  Sadly, no more venom with tongue though, lest I'd hawk those on ebay.

I'll be picking these up...or will have to have someone do it for me.  I'll post this little tidbit of news from gd.com:

In The News: Street Date Confirmed for LOTR Minimates?
Looks like the Minimates may have finally found a delivery date to stores...well, at least to Toys 'R Us stores anyway. Dragonspy Cray sends in this little tidbit of news concerning the release of the highly anticipated Lord of the Rings Minimates:

"I just wanted to pass this on....according to the computers in the southeast area of the United States at Toys R Us...the Lord of the Rings Mini-Mates (their exclusive 4 packs....3 you can see and one hidden)should hit their stores anywhere from July 3 to July 11."

NOTE: This probably means that the West Coast will get their shipments in a bit earlier than the dates above. It is time to get ready and save those extra dollars for these very cool figures.

I don't have a TRU by me (nearest one is a four hour round trip) so I hope these show up online or some kind soul picks me up a set or two  ;).

Thanks for that again BTW :-*

I'll be buying the LOTR versions, hopefully the TRU packs will cover most of them as the Marvel figs seem to have been relegated to Comic Shops
