I think that is the marvel villian the Chameleon... or maybe he is Morph (from the X-Men)?

Either way, he looks to be a repaint of Magneto.  Hard to tell with the small picture though.

I was thinking Chameleon, but it just doesn't look like him. I remember Morph fromt he X-men cartoon so if it is himn, nothing like I remember him.

This great thing Jeff, for the most part, they aren't that expensive, compared to SW Kubricks that is.  Not shown below are the chases...Doom and Nightcrawler most notably

Series 1

Series 2

Series 3

Series 4

Spider-Man Repaint Box Set

X-Men Repaint Box Set

Don't forget about the Doppelganger Chase, he is a real character from the Spider-Man Universe.

Spider-Ham and Venom-Punisher are the other 2.

And Dr. Doom from Series 1 and Nightcrawler from Series 2. And the 400% Venom and Spiderman.  Also there is a DVD and Movie version of Wolverine. Here are some of the pics anyway.

The problem with America is stupidity I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself

I see that they are starting to pop up on ebay.

It also sounds like they may be carded like the Animated ones were...
