The film could be all kinds of ass and piss out the ass, but it'd still have 2 damn fine movie trailers going for it.

New Mad Max: Fury Road - Official Theatrical Teaser Trailer

I really, really liked the first three Mad Max movies.  I'm pumped that there is a fourth.  I know they've been trying for 25 years or so to make this.

I like the new Max, and I think Charlize Theron could be awesome in this movie too.

Sylvester Stallone announces 'Rambo 5' title

If it's anything like #4, I'm in. That was some epic graphic violence.

There was a Rambo 4? Was it direct to video? Never heard of that one.

Not really familiar with the franchise, but sounds watchable.

The anime is awesome.  Lots of brutal violence and nudity.

Mixed feelings on this one. Ghost in the shell is one of the most groundbreaking Anime films of all time. And ScarJo is awesome. Can a live action movie do the source material justice?

I love the Stand Alone Complex series.  It's on Cartoon Network Saturday nights...I still watch the re-runs.

Hopefully, the live action movie will do it justice.
This is the way.

Does that mean ScarJo will  run around naked and do fight scenes in the buff?
She did the running around naked part in the movie Under the Skin.

I think that the Oscars dropped the ball by not nominating "The Lego Movie" and "Guardians of the Galaxy" for Best Picture. With up to 10 slots it is the right thing to do in my opinion since they were both excellent and popular. I'm all for Best Picture being the best movie even if only 23 people saw it (I've liked almost every Best Picture winner going back to 1927), but it's a good idea to nominate some movies that appeal to other demographics. Way to go old white guys.

AND THEN TO SEE THAT "THE LEGO MOVIE" ISN'T EVEN UP FOR BEST ANIMATED FILM. WHAT THE F?

It's all opinion and who cares if Hollywood didn't nominate certain movies.  if you like it, that's enough.  As for my opinion, I thought The Lego Movie stunk and was ready to shut it off 15 minutes in.

Agreed. Agreed. Agreed.  I vow to never watch another Oscar awards show.  I have never even heard of most of the nominations.  Never mind having seen them - didn't even know they were available to see.  Versus something like Guardians that people thought was going to be a joke, and ended up being one of the greatest Sci Fi adventure stories OF ALL TIME.  You're dead to me Oscar.

I can see the Lego movie not being on the list since there is no room. Big Hero 6 will take that award anyway just because it's Disney.

Big Hero 6 - Disney / Pixar slot
How to Train Your Dragon 2 - Dreamworks slot
The Tale of Princess Kaguya - Studio Ghibli slot
The Boxtrolls - Token stop motion or other CG animation company slot
Song of the Sea - Token foreign entry slot
