I don't know, I haven't seen the film, but, while it's ultimately GL's baby, he had a black director and two black screenplay writers, including Aaron McGruder from "Boondocks," who did the dialog.  He had an Oscar winner and an Oscar nominee starring in the film and they, apparently, didn't have a problem with it.

At the end of the day it's the surviving Tuskegee pilots whose opinions I'd rather hear.  If they have a problem with it then I'd be more inclinded to disregard the movie.

As far as Red Tails goes,  if you love visual effects on the big screen, go see it now. Overall though I think it is a great movie to rent and watch at home in Bluray.

For some reason, I really want to see this too. I'm glad to hear it delivered. Might try to check that out tonight.

Is it one of those "found footage" type films?  It kinda looks like that from the previews.
This is the way.

I have spoken.

It is found footage - but better than most.  Not a ton of shakey-cam.  If anything, the camera work was steadier than it should have been in some situations.

Speaking of Chronicle, has anyone seen this?

"The Death and Return of Superman" from Chronicle's director, Max Landis.  Pretty entertaining, and a few celebrity cameos as well.

Saw Chronicle today.  It was fantastic.

Not in my eyes, but it was cool to see.  I've had dreams about levitating and screwing with people so that was kinda neat.  This was the only movie to get me back in the theatres though since Super 8.  Teddy bear sequence was awesome, but if you've seen the trailer then no biggie.

Is Chronicle that F-Bomb laden?  Just trying to decide whether or not to take my 11 year old to see it.  Looks so awesome, but hopefully not this much language.
This sticker is dangerous and inconvenient, but I do love Fig Newtons.

It's PG13.  Can't recall any F-bombs.

I read once that one F-bomb gets a film a PG-13 rating, and two is an automatic R.  Not sure if that holds water.

Yeah - you're allowed one if it's not in a sexual context.  They made the most of it in X-men First Class.   ;D

Hey Richard - I think MP may have been talking about the "Death and Return of Superman" reference in the same post - not Chronicle.  I would be more worried about my 10 year old seeing how "cool" it is for a bunch of teenagers to wreak death and desctruction when given a gift of a super power.  Just my 2 cents from what I have seen of the previews.  I actually cringe when the previews come on.
