Well, from past experience, I'd say the customer service people are. I'm currently enjoying some fine SWS.com customer service right now
I love generic form responses.
As it stands right now, here's how I rank the customer service departments:
1. Entertainment Earth (btw, they phoned me to make sure I got the last email message they sent to confirm my order has shipped)
2. Gentle Giant - personal responses and handled the Luke Stormtrooper issue pretty well. Not so thrilled with their cavalier attitude about shipping into Canada, but oh well, that's what I get for living in a third world country.
3. SWS.com (or is it SSW.com?) - I have had personalized responses from them, but there is precisely zero consistency. Now I have a real issue that should be resolved (same issue I had with EE) and I can't get any sort of response out of them, other than a computer generated one. My order was ready to ship over a week ago, I resolved my responsibilities, but apparently they've moved on. The items still exist in my order history, but they ain't moving
