I'm going to start calling TRU's corporate offices to figure out who the appropriate person to complain to would be.

Why do I get that feeling they will give you this answer:

Please email Philip Wise ( philip@rebelscum.com )

Only if Dustin works there.

In other news - for those wondering if they are exempt because they originally signed up for CSW and not Rebelscum - I don't think that works:

Wise locked that thread because the site in question is not a sponser. What a douche.

I was watching Philip stare at that thread for quite a while in the "Who's Online" area, and was fully suspecting that was exactly what he was about to do.  Pretty sad that you can no longer discuss any great deals/sites over there for picking up SW collectibles unless Phil stands to profit off of it.

Certainly predictable they are though, I'll give them that much...

RS has helped me plenty over the years for information.  Both from the front page to the members inside.   There is a lot of bickering and such but that comes from it being so large.  The only website where I actually dropped off from was SirStevesGuide.com.  I just could not stand that place for some reason.  I think because it was incredibly rude from the members up to the guys running their site.

I do enjoy coming to JD the most though.  I think it is because people here seem to be more mature.  Even if I am not.

Does Dallas have a collecting club?  Of all the forums I frequent, nothing comes close to the content and comraderie I get from PSWCS.  We have about 220 members now, and have an E-mail list where people post stuff all day long.  I get immediate store sightings to my inbox, along with great conversation.  And that's not even mentioning the monthly meetings where we swap stories and toys.

Anyway, if you're not in a collecting club, you should be!

Bill why must you self promote everything you do.?There something to be said for content over the  bells and whistles. Let things happen naturally, it will for you.  I think your an incredible talented artist as a matter of fact You have more artistic talent in your  finger than I do in my whole body, but  you gotta have some shame somewhere.  ;D. Just tone down the self promoting advertisements it will come to bite you  in the butt sooner or later. It certainly reveals character.

Hey now... I was promoting http://PSWCS.com in that message.  That's a collecting club I belong to... and really has nothing to do with my art.

Now if I was plugging http://CreatureCantina.com (which, BTW, has a FANTASTICALLY funny update this week including a story about this whole spamming episode), then you would have a point.   ;D

[sarcasm]I'm just glad you proved to me there's no truth in my comments. I can admit when I'm wrong.  I'm sure that day will come. [/sarcasm]

HaHa!  I wish someone would post that over at RS...even though it would be closed in record time.  Too bad they can't take care of member problems ( KBZ ) in record time.

Apparently two and a half days with 3 posted inquiries and one direct email to the webmaster isn't enough either.
