Good thread.  Should have jumped on it sooner.

RS.com has definitely lost everything it had when it was CSW.com.  That site was fun.  RS seems to have no humanity to it.  It's kind of a joke now and for all the reasons already stated.  I'm glad Jamie and Matt turned me onto this site.  I never knew it existed til ComicCon, but then again, most of my "chatting" time was done over at the Spawn Sports Board because SportsPicks are my main hobby now.  This site kicks ass for the simple fact that it's mainly a bunch of clowns here, my kind of people.

I’m pretty certain “the Eye of Philip” surveyed this thread. I would be naďve to think the things said here go unnoticed at ‘scum.

I'd offer my condolences, but I honestly think you've come out ahead on this one. Being a mod a RS seems to be a no win, statistically speaking.

Of course, if they came over here and read that I had reservations about it, I'd hardly be the frontrunner for the job.  But it's a little insulting regardless given the choice they made.   At least I seemed to be the popular choice among the proletariats...

I heartily support the decision!  I would also encourage Scum to add General Windu, YodaBoi, and Dark Kanos next.  That trio would be able to keep Scum safe for illiterate posters everywhere banning all those who mock their inability to use the grammar correctly.
